Cannot believe that with all the shares traded here over the last two weeks that no-one has declared a holding over 3%

They have still not got the percentages for significant shareholders correct, I have contacted them several times

Surely the BOD would be legally compelled to disclose all relevant information to the market prior to any agreed offer to sell the company or a subsidiary
So any monies due from court proceedings must be disclosed without delay

Be very careful investing here

Are Peel legally allowed to hold shares under a pre-determined sale agreement?
Sparky had a good comment a few days ago which appeared to say that Peel could not hold for a client in this way
Definitely something being planned in the background, intrigued by the latest large investor with her 6% stake, who will take up the balance of the placing, and when?

Not many more required to force a buyout if they so wish

With Peel increasing again nearly 50% of shares held by just six largest shareholders and a very small % held by a Director
