I think it is a bit naïve for an experienced banker and former CEO of a large business to tweet such price sensitive information, unless he was authorised to do so it will not do his reputation any favours

Two full months to go before we have to RTO, plenty of time to sort out whatever is holding this up
Look back at all the effort that has gone into this process over the last 10 months, the open offer and taking the warrants off Peterhouse, this is not a scam
No point in people spreading doom and gloom, all we can do is wait patiently and trust that this turns out well for all of us

Have noticed a fair bit of negative sentiment on the board over the last few days even though some of it using very eloquent prose.
Let us not forget that as of today the BOD have over two months to arrange a RTO having already worked on this for nearly 10 months, give them time and let's see what they can deliver.
One thing I would respectfully ask the Co Secretary to do is update the website with regards significant shareholders and their respective percentages, it is out of date and actually incorrect with regards the percentages.
This would at least give us something to discuss in a positive manner

Agree with your logic and it makes good sense, but who else would have the volume of shares to sell, surely not all the PI's who must be clinging onto their shares desperately waiting for the RNS to drop

Do you think that we might have had a couple of large organisations building a stake in anticipation of making a bid, one of whom has now decided to sell up and leave the field clear?
Who else would sell in such large volumes at this time

Perhaps our NOMAD should be looking into this on our behalf?
