I think the tie up with Trafigura could prove to be beneficial, unfortunately the timing of the slump in oil prices cannot be helping. Been in here a while and also well down, so will just hold and hope for better times ahead.

I agree, they have invested too much time and money in this to just let it slip away

I doubt that BOD would have dared post the news/link if it was in any way detrimental to ongoing discussions

Fair point, but whilst we are suspended why do the BOD not put out a statement to clarify the situation
If information of a price sensitive nature is required to be disclosed it can be via RNS the day before trading is resumed

That would make sense if he thought he was tweeting on his private account to his personal contacts, might leave him open to speculation of insider trading though!

From the now infamous tweet over the weekend we can deduce that there are possibly three bidders involved with an Asian interest as well as Chinese and Russian

Was it just me or did the whole LSE system crash just before the RNS came out?

Wonder if this is why we are suspended, have MM's got carried away and screwed up the trading system
People were complaining that trades were not being completed days after the transaction date
Could this just be NOMAD giving time for market to be settled

Personally if it hits 50p I will sell half of my holding, but we all have different circumstances to consider

Now that is some good news, I doubt they will be discussing some dodgy tweet from over the weekend

When the suspension is lifted will there a delay in trading to give all interested parties time to prepare having perused whatever information is released etc?
Hate to be out if trading is resumed and a massive spike (or drop) and not able to react accordingly
Has anyone been in this situation before and can explain what we can expect

My understanding is that you can put £20k pa into an ISA and £40k into a SIPP (depending on earnings and previous years contributions)
Thing is now they are suspended you are probably stuck with your profits to be realised (we all hope) outside of a tax free wrapper
Maybe an IFA on here can provide more info as a private message, I am not qualified to give advice
