Had an email this morning from Tim in response to my email to Martin Lampshire a few days ago when I expressed my concern about the looming delisting, referring to the RNS this morning.
Fair play to both of them for keeping shareholders updated when they can which must be very difficult when in the middle of corporate negotiations

It is worth noting that the 3% warrants owned by Mr Glogowski can only be exercised following a RTO and being listed on any EU recognised market, so dropping off AIM is not the end of the game.
