I note that the recent RNS is not recorded on this board, when the deal for the “target” is completed or a deal is proposed to shareholders how will it be communicated?
Will the LSE still show information for a non listed company?

ADM also managed to convince Zark Capital and the Nigerian ex Oil Minister (via his Wife) that this was a good investment only a few months ago, they may have something in the pipeline with Trafigura although the Covid outbreak and oil price war will not be helping.

Bou have stated they are planning a RTO into healthcare, despite a 16% shareholder having a 24% stake in Coeur Gold who are looking for a market listing

Now that Bou have stated that they are looking for a RTO target in Healthcare despite their major shareholder's interest, does this leave the way forward for RLD to RTO into Coeur Gold?

Now that we know Coeur Gold is not a target for Bou any ideas what they will do to list as per their stated objective.
I hold shares in Rld and Orm, any other possible RTO vehicles out there?
