There is a hold up by the county for issuing permits…they are closed or at minimal staff to process permit requests. The facts and rebuttal to the lawsuit is summarized on Sierra News OnLine. The CDC is not involved in the suit; rather, simply a part of the North Fork Community Power.

We need news of a deal for the sp to move

Some have very substantial holdings in Bou, and do not forget our largest shareholder with 15.65% (and 3% warrants of the total shareholding following a RTO)

A £30m valuation of Bou would be more than acceptable
