Yes, agree that wet signatures may still be required but surely not on the same document, people could easily be in different parts of the world, as long as they all sign an identical document and have their identity and signature verified by a solicitor/lawyer etc should be good to go

Well, £275k has been spent on the proposed deal, presumably legal and financial DD, so they must be very close to completion.
Mr Glogowski has a mention with his warrants of 3% of the possible enlarged share capital following a RTO.
