They typically have an initial 8 weeks to present a way forward or they have to ask for an extension
For anyone trying to gauge timings Its worth looking through Redx 2017 RNSs. Give a good feel for a successful rescue.
Good luck everyone. Tough times
Big blue, are you suggesting that the UK has the Oil reserves to rival Saudi? Hahahahaha
To answer your original question in timeliness, I think Russia will want to have something to show for their efforts by early May.
Thanks Jeremy,
I think anything coming from the US is at one extreme end of this thing. Escalation suits the US as it brings forces NATO to arm up further and EU to buy US commodities.
Funny you say that Tony there actually is a Poly crypto that and posts on it constantly spam the #poly twitter feed
You still own them it just gets extremely difficult to trade them
" and also doubt if the company can split itself into sanctioned and non-sanctioned businesses."
No part of the company is sanctioned.
Honestly, Where do all these ********s crawl out of everytime the SP pulls back?
"Kazakh presidential office, said Kazakhstan will continue its economic ties with Russia within the Eurasian Economic Union."
Doesn't sound too bumpy to me
Cleverthoughts sold today at the top (obviously), yet still feels obliged to continually post completely unsubstantiated nonsense.......
Ark87, I said he's talking his own book. How much that affects a share price is certainly debatable and I agree its the institutions thatll determine the value here, but his intentions are obvious
Cleverthoughts, you've already said you sold so you're talking the share down for a cheaper entry again.
Youre a scumbag
Hes full of it. Has always been talking his own book.
280p is supposedly fair value now but a week ago Nesis was definitely getting sanctioned.
Full of it.
It doesn't trade on the NYSE. POYYF is an OTC ticker and AUCOY is for ADRs. Nice to see them rise but they do not drive the LSE for volume.
P.s great day! well done everyone who ignored the blatant w@nk5ery that was going on end if last week.
'I can’t see a catalyst that will get us up to 300. I hope I’m wrong'
2 things; the moex opening for trading allows access for buyers again. Dingwall pressure on the SP has been accentuated by EU/UK broker not allowing buys.
The second is the CSR aspect for big IIs. The key has just designated Poly an 'International stock'. Is that enough for compliance teams to give their fund managers the go ahead to buy?
I asked IR if they had been given reason for this;
No reason given. Theyve made it very clear to the regulator and MOEX that they're happy to resume trading on MOEX as soon as practicable. Theyre hearing on the grapevine that might be Tuesday.
Have to say, I'm very impressed with Poly IR. Replied within minutes om a Sunday and the reply was one of great confidence in their position.
Thanks Simplyme, I wonder have IR been given a reason for the exclusion or of they have a more definitive timeline.
Thanks for sharing, this coincides with Biden speech appealing to Russian people saying 'this is not the behaviour of a great nation.'
I think they're dangling the carrot of sanctions removal to encourage regime change from within.
Interesting day coming Monday;
The suppression of the SP where UK/european brokers have been denying buys in Poly, and IIs/funds being forced to sell positions due to corporate and social responsibility.
We might finally see some balance as the Moex pretty much does the opposite by not allowing shorts or foreign investors to sell.
We would be hard pressed to find precedence for this situation thats playing out to the backdrop of rising inflation and gold prices.
"Simple as that, I have no agenda, no shorting, just voicing my opinion"
Biggest load of tripe I've heard all week. You're talking someone's book. Migtb ot be your own but no one is that negative and hangs around. If you were really that bearish you wouldn't be here
