The following is an extract from 3/5/23 update. As part of the ongoing FEED study, the Company cleared pads for geotech drilling at the proposed plant Site and tailing dam location. 10 pads were cleared at the tailing storage facility area and 6 pads were cleared at the plant site area as a part of geotechnical studies and the Company is now preparing for Diamond Drilling in the proposed areas.
No mention in the RNS today!
Don't they need FEED to be completed before financing can be agreed?
Absence of news means that nothing material has taken place. If it had it would have to be detailed in an RNS. So are you implying that nothing material has taken place on purpose?
Agree entirely Amtech.
Why would AK (part of GAT) sell to ACP in the 1st place if the site was so promising? So that MB and others could make a lot of money through ACP warrants perhaps? Just wondering.
I wonder if the recent large sells are MB selling his recently acquired shares from excersised warrants?
In that case any ideas why the enhanced DFS could be taking so long to be finalised?
Is the Tanzanian government holding up the final dfs?
No immediate rush! We would have needed to have recruited the builders of the mine by now and agreed costs to be able to even hope to start building one in May I would have thought. Not had final DFS yet nevermind details of how they are going to finance it.
It's a no brainer for Matt. He spends £172k for shares at 2.2p per share and sells them, as and when he can, for much more than 2.2p per share. Its not him showing his commitment to the company by spending £172k of his own money - more a way of making a lot of money by selling the shares. Will need to wait to see whether he sells them (I think that he will, which would hold the share price back) or hold on to them.
All this needs is some positive news.
There were 3 or 4 large sells since Tuesday- the same as usual 250k shares sold at a time (showing as buys but surely looking at the price they must have been sells in my opinion).
I am interested to know why you think that?
Gino, what an idiot you are. Climate change is happening and if nothing done will be catastrophic. The Cuban misile issue never materiaised and was always very unlikely to do so. Are you invested in Lloyd's and if so what is your thoughts on were the share price is heading?
