It can also be inaccurate if trades take time to fill or move the price. The prices are set by which market maker is on the buying side or selling side at any giving time. This can change and also adds confusion. This end of the market is not always as transparent as the larger stocks. If you watch say BT, BARC, Sains, it is much clearer

Because there is a mid price and a spread either side, sometimes when buying from the book with direct access you can get luck and take trades that were available at a lower/higher than ask price. Price buy or sell indicators are based on simple algo that calculates if it is above mid it is by and if it below mid it is sell. This is not always accurate, best guess.

Separately to this the price here is on a 15 minutes delay so often the same as someone using a platform with level 2 direct market access.

I think we will close at 1.35 if news doesn't land, if it does much higher
