Chris Toffer. Stating that we are unlikely to see a resolution in line with the directors assessment is not altogether true. The directors will have gone to great lengths to ensure that the RNS was correctly worded. They would have sought both legal and financial advice before agreeing the wording. In addition, one has to remember that the 'other side' will also be reading all information in the public domain. The assessment seems balanced and well thought through. None of us is aware of either the product in dispute nor the detail of the warrantee attatched.
Gregg22. Avacta have appointed a distributor. Says nothing about manufacturing¡. Their test is for 'professional use'? only at the moment. If you want to sell in the USA you need a distributor and FDA approval too.
JAdam. You used to post some great 'alternative' views here which I often read with interest. However, you have now become one of the persistant posters of non interesting 'repeat' useless shareholder information that has assisted in driving this bb into the realms of true boredom. Can you not revert to the former? Cheers
Interesting....Breaking news...Han****...In..ovva his head!

Old news re Toyota engineers. They have been working with the RTC for months.
Hey Benny H. iphone trader makes some valid points. Your goodself and a few other ill informed poster here shot me down in flames on the afternoon of Tesla Friday. I was correct about the DHSC contract update that day, while you and others were wrong. No apologies ever received. These boards are for open debate, good or bad. So please stop bashing people with alternative views.
Common knowledge..
Porks..hear what you post. Lets knock Innova but lets too encourage posters to keep lft's positive. Been here before in another arena. Damaging to throw the baby out with the bath water! Lets not shoot the messenger ...we need to keep both DHSC, UK Gov and Joe Public onside. I know your posts are educational and factual. Thats great...onwards and upwards. Btw. Both ODX and NCYT will prevail. Onwards....thanks for you input..from someone who topped up today with +100 Odx shares and NCYT too . Btw..all recorded as sells.
Yes, purchased + 100k of shares today...all registered as sells.
The BBC2 Newsnight program aired last night illustrates just how near we are to damaging public confidence in testing. We investors know the difference between PCR anf lft testing, but maybe Joe Public does not. The commentators deviated away from Innova and talked much about general testing. Its essential that while we knock Innova, we keep upbeat about testing, especially lft's. As you know, we are about to launch one!

Perhaps a silly comparrison about ' if a car is useless then all cars are useless'. Not so! Remember, the general public have experience of cars, have owned them, driven them, bumped them etc. Lft's are relatively new to diagnostics and millions of people have never used one.
My point is not about slating Innova, thats a positive. Rather, some people are drifting towards slating lft 's themselves. It's not about attacking the gov't, thats ok too. Its about us placing doubt in the minds of the UK population. We dont need that as a consequence. We need the public to think lft's are reliable.
Be careful what we say about lft'sToday
We need to be extremely careful what we say about lft's. While we know about Innova and the issues surrounding its compliance & marketing, but lets not all throw the baby out with the bath water. Yes, the Innova lft was no good, however we do not want to bash the very concept of lft testing. That's counter productive. Ndn71 made valid points on an earlier post. Be smart, think like Ndn71.

Interesting. Explains the requirement for lft use in order to reopen economies safely.

Silly statement Amers. Have you ever invested £500k in a share? No one wants to lose that kind of money, deep pockets or not!. Understand the numbers, invest or not.... then wait. Thats the difficult part of investing, which most posters here are not very good at doing.
