Are the new tests Innova, yes or no? If you read the NHS staff guidlines its obviously No! The advice is to use the Innova tests first before switching to the new tests. (that's the clue). In addition, a reply from my MP suggested that the Innova tests were to be used up prior to 'new'? tests being made available.
Interesting. New guidlines for NHS staff. Told to use up the Innova tests as new lft's to follow. Staff to take the new tests 2 x per week. Test are different to Innova, including swabbing. Good news that Innova is on its way out!

This is a good stock to hold within a balanced portfolio. Some posters are asking why there was not a sustained share increase following the RNS. One answer is that the market now wants 'orders'? not simply contracts. If you do research you will understand who Bioporto is. Lots of stuff in the pipline but awaiting FDA approval for most. Small Co and still loss making, but robust prospects. We need firm orders and DHSC payment.
Bioporto are quite a small company. T/O last year £2.7m, loss of £6.9m. They have a robust pipline of various tests awaiting FDA approval. They have one Covid test in play. But a solid piece of news. However, what everyone wants, including ODX, is orders not contracts.
Not 100% correct. Checkout Transglobe Energy when they listed.. Not $2 mim.
Porky
I see you are back to 'shooting from the hip' again. Value your comments re Innova. Certainly 'face saving' action from the DHSC. All makes sense.
Your comments re ODX are similar to your wild and desparate comments re the NCYT dispute and your advice that we should settle at all costs. You do let yourself down at times!
How do you know that the factory at ODX has been gathering dust for months. You have no idea. Better to keep your comments and opinions factual, then more posters/punters will take notice of you. Btw, you were a total 'ramper' for months at ODX then disapeared once your ill thought out views and predictions turned sour.
Hope you keep topping up here!
Try2buylow. What a load of hypothesis! Frankly, we dont know. Period. All we know is that it's product related and involves contracted warranties. What bit of that are people not understanding? Frankly, all the twaddle expressed here about billing, deliveries and discrepancies, financial calculations, all mean very little. Thesy simply put off other would be investors. Far too complicated. Better to just simply wait and see.
Ad4u. Can you please point me toward the information that stares that the DHSC are suggesting that invoices do not match goods received? Is the dispute not about products and warantees, or am I on the wrong bb?
Covid opp. Sorry, not saying a speedy resolution is not proper. What I am saying is that Porky's comments are irrational and smells of desperation! Quick is good, but we can't be seen to capitulate. Can't show weakness. The skill is in the waiting and sometimes thats not as quick as you would like.
Porky
Points 2 to 4 are reasonably sensible.
Point 1 shows a level of immaturity and a lack of understanding. It hints of panic on your behalf. Are you over exposed? I know you 'top up' daily!.
The dispute, as annoying as it is, needs to managed carefully. Its resolution will set a tone for the future. There are rules, warrantees, legal conditions and as a listed Co we need to be seen to be responsible and toe the line. Your comments under point 1 are both irresponsible and ill conceived. Have a re-think when under less pressure.
Porks. Did you ever listen to the song.....never mind the 'bo.....cks, we're the Sex Pistols? Again, I repeat, I also think this is a great stock to hold..I'm in deep. More than Porky!! However, your posts are OTT. It's too much. Love Island comes to mind! Sponsored poster is Porks, or Graham is his uncle
Porky. With all the buying and top ups you have done over the past few weeks, do you need to lodge a TR-1. I value your input, truely, but can you please hold off on the gas. Third attempt to ask the same question, without a reply to date. Are you sponsored by anyone connected to NCYT. In addition, why did you leave the ODX bb?
Seems strange that this photo, taken in May, was only just released. Following comments made by HRH Queen Elizebeth and the Innova fiasco, was this orchestrated? Seems like everything has fallen into place. The lft mess, the PHE shambles, his family & friends involvement in contracts. The timing is impeccable. Well done Borris! Got to HAND it to him!!
Sword. Therefore we are unable to make any kind of legal opinion right, whatever our backgrounds, educational level or experience? If I visited my legal team and suggested that I required an opinion on a dispute with one of my suppliers but would not enlighten them as to the product, contract terms, warranty etc, they would laugh me out of their office. I hope the posters here understand. I'm a significant investor here but hold a certain dislike of unhelpful or misleading suggestions.
Porks. Again I disagree. Note my observations re Sword and his/ her posts. You, me et al have no idea of the detailed dispute, either the product or warranty claim. We have not had sight of the contract, nor its dispute resolution clause, which will be embedded, and be reviwed and utilised prior to court proceedings. Suggesting a 50:50 resolution is NOT at all helpful and further suggests a lack of dispute experience. You cannot compare this dispute with a past 'software' dispute that you were involved in. Thats an easy punt and we are not gambling here. I repeat, the BOD's and their legal/ financial team will have crawled all over the contract. Us bystanders, though robust and eager investors, should not be expressing our 'emotional' or untrained feelings here. Its misleading!
Sorry Sword...I haten to disagree. You have offered much advice and innuendo for much of the day and I have read all with great interest. Again I will restate. None of us know either the product involved nor the actual type of warranty claim. Unless you have been employed/ sponsored by NCYT to guide and influence us, I would say that you know as much as me, which I might add (and having been involved with disputes as a plc board member in the past) is boardering on extremely little.
Big B's. Two issues...anything for 'free' gets abused. Secondly, millions of these free lfts have been used but people cannot be bothered to record the result. Why? Either its negative, so just happily carry on with life or its positive. Oh dear. Isolate or carry on as dont want to isolate or lose money by not working etc. Each to their own. But if most positives isolate, then these tests are helping. My empoyees use them 2 to 3 times a week but dont 'officially' record the results. Evety little helps!!
