Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
The story so far:
As for all previous cohorts, the results continue to be better than the company's expectations and short of the brave souls who volunteer running down hospital corridors and out of the front door shouting hallelujah, cohort 6 results could not have been better.
Meanwhile shorters with deep pockets and their paid rumour mongers and lackeys who populate the Punch and Judy section of the LSE board continue to try to persuade fearful, fragile minded investors to sell their shares.
Semi scientific literate analysts await results from the never to happen phase 3 trials and believe AVA6000 to be a single drug - a simple rehash of a 50 year old chemo. Blind to the exceptional delivery mechanism they take no notice of any biotech company that does not have Cambridge or Oxford in its name and particularly one that hails from Weatherby.
Just like in the film the Big Short, a small cadre of investors see what the bigger market fails to see - a company with a product set to revolutise the multi billion cancer market.
Thought I would repost a message I posted in early September. Six months later, it is still true.
Watched the Big Short on my way to Australia at Christmas. Four individuals make a fortune seeing what the banks and investment houses refused to see - some institutions go belly up and only large amounts of taxpayers money saves the day.
Could a small company like Avacta produce a best in class chemo delivery method with little of no side effects? Jupiter and others refuse to belief this.

BORIS. Evening Al. I know that I have not been in touch since our little contre-temps re the LFTs but thought it time to touch base now I am a free agent. I’m holed up at the moment writing my new book. You know - things like memoirs and achievements. Just on the legacy chapter now. Have you heard they named a pastry after me in Ukraine?
AL. Would that be a pork pie?
BORIS. No. God’s honest truth Al. They named a croissant after me.
AL. What is the title of your book?
BORIS I want it to be like those best selling computer books and so am calling it “An Idiot’s Guide to Running the Country”.
AL. Anything else in the pipeline?
BORIS. Well I thought about being a comedian. I asked Zalensky for some tips whilst I was over there. He said I was doing fine and just needed a red nose and some oversized boots. Carrie thought I would make a good Merchant Banker.
AL. Is that rhyming slang?
BORIS. Anyway Al was just wondering if you had anything going in those shiny new offices of yours in the White City. By the way my uncle used to run a book there. Went by the name of Doggie Dougie. Haven’t seen him by any chance have you Al?
AL. There is no greyhound racing here anymore and we don’t have vacancies for a comedian.
BORIS. Was thinking more like a PR role. Only temporary mind until Liz makes a horlicks of the job and they beg me to return.
AL. I will see what I can do. In fact I will work night and day. Goodbye Mr Johnson.

Those of us who have followed Avacta for many months understand that Al's modus operandi is one of dotting i s and crossing t s. The share price chart currently moves up and down like the calm ripple of the tide on the beach. There is a share price tsnami on its way. The only question is when.
Thanks Vegas - 31 degrees here today. Just added another comment on the Telegraph site:
This is government propaganda fed to a tame reporter. The reason that British testing companies were ignored is that they were not on the vip list of donors and cronies. There is a scandal here and one that is in the public interest. The evidence of incompetence and unexplained delays is there if reporters choose to look for it.
Suggest anyone with a Telegraph subscriptions adds a comment I just posted this response on the Telegraph site:
This looks like a lame excuse to cover up incompetence. The UK has one of the best LFTs in the world made by Avacta who are only able to sell into Europe because of unexplained delays by MRHA. (a 20 day process not yet complete after 120 days). Avacta have UK manufacturing partners ready to go. So at the moment Europe has access to one of the worlds best LFTs made by a British firm whilst this country has run out of substandard Chinese made tests
The over reliance on pcr testing here has brought other problems apart from 4 hour queues and 4 day wait for results. The problem is the need for pcr tests to travel interstate and so loads of healthy people queuing up with those showing symptoms for tests. Not a problem in the drive throughs but the 2 hour wait in zig zag pens for walk through testing are proving to be super spreader events. This is why Queensland is about to use LFTs for interstate travellers and I am sure the other states will follow.
As a little aside, the unvaccinated are persona non grata in Victoria. No vax then no travel out of Victoria, no entry to hotels, restaurants, swimming pools, gyms etc. If your job entails engaging face to face with others then temporarily suspended on no pay till jabbed. So 93% of Victorians double jabbed and they are working there way through boosters. high jab rate means that they should be able to ride out Omicron without the palaver currently in the UK. Couple this with use of LFTs (Victoria has just ordered 3 million for delivery at the end of January) and I can see the Aussies beating us on the virus front as well.
I finally got to Australia to see my daughter and new grandaughter. Day 1 and day 5 pcrs with queues of between 2 and 4 hours. Pharmacies and 7/11s sell LFTs which they refer to as RATs (work this one out). 50AUD for 4. Common sense says replace pcrs with LFTs and the Australian states may eventually concur.. Trouble is there is a shortage of LFTs. Seems Chinese tests are an absolute no no here. We were give 5 Roche LFTs at Melbourne airport on the grounds that the government possibly reckoned, quite rightly, that those of us who landed two days before Xmas may not quarantine if the day 1 pcr tests were delayed. My pcr result took 4 days to arrive. In those 4 days, four LFTs provided all the assurance required. The time taken for results was in stark contrast to the Abu Dhabi unexpected stay (due to missed connection) where they would not let you out of the airport without a pcr test and results to phone in about an hour. So yes . The Aussies are fed up of long queues for late arriving pcr results which negate the reason for testing in the first place. Huge opportunity in Oz for decent LFTs - our cricketeers may be rubbish but in Avacta we do have world beating tests.
"Interpretation Vaccination reduces the risk of delta variant infection and accelerates viral clearance. Nonetheless, fully
vaccinated individuals with breakthrough infections have peak viral load similar to unvaccinated cases and can
efficiently transmit infection in household settings, including to fully vaccinated contacts. Host–virus interactions
early in infection may shape the entire viral trajectory".
Our challenge over Ministers’ persistent use of private emails and messaging apps like WhatsApp and Signal for Government business has just been given a huge boost: the High Court has granted us permission to proceed on all grounds.
This follows a hearing yesterday before two judges in the High Court – a rare occurrence at such an early stage of a case, but a sign perhaps of the importance of the issues involved.
This is a significant development. We will now have the opportunity to highlight the inadequacy of Government’s policies on private emails and messaging apps. The High Court will also hear of serious and persistent breaches of these policies by the Prime Minister, disgraced ex-Health Secretary Matt Han****, Lord Bethell and other senior decision-makers.
This case goes to the heart of the fight for Government transparency. It’s taken months and months of work to get us here – and has only been possible because of regular donations from people like you.
Conducting Government business away from official channels not only flies in the face of Ministers’ legal obligations to preserve official records about key decisions – from care homes to PPE – it also severely undermines their ability to comply with the Freedom of Information Act and their duty of candour to the Courts.
2020 was the worst year on record for UK Government secrecy. They seem determined to keep it up. We are determined to stop them.
Our Judicial Review will be heard over three days alongside another case brought by The Citizens and Foxglove, which tackles some of the same grounds as our claim. We will let you know as soon as we have a Court date.
