Looks good stokey12 - clearly H&W are confident that it will be another overhead that they can meet.It is not the sort of non operational post a company engages in if it is in the 'last chance saloon' rather it is now full steam ahead.
PS Court listing shows no IM JR case up to Friday 3rd May.
Just to note that as of the 2nd May there is no listing for the IM JR.Clearly we are now looking at May 2024.
With regards discussion concerning the expected finance deal announcement this could land any day now but maybe it will fall into May but it is not conditional on a positive result for the IM JR or otherwise for there to be a deal.

Edit: What a good time for the Government announce the H&W finance deal.
Kaeren - Great post agree with every word & sentiment.
Positive post stokey12 good to see progress being made by the FSS team bodes well for next year.We now wait for the IM JR decision & a finance deal agreed. Roll on the rest of April & hopefully a SP improvement.
As off today there is no case listed in the Court of Appeal up to Monday 22nd April re IM JR decision.
Hi Happy investors - I dipped my toe in the water last week with a small top up & with todays news I hope that the only way is now up with regards the SP.The only concern I have is what the SP will be for the next fund raise & that this time the directors have a water tight plan, provided current trials are successful, to be able to move onto the next stage.
I would like to thank those investors on this board who have dug deep & by doing so have saved Sareum for another day.
Let's hope the Company does not go back into 'the last chance saloon.
Broomtree I agree all assets are subject to a charge but the outcome of the IM JR will not effect the outcome of getting the finance deal landed.
Hi All - I have already asked the question about IM being tied into the finance deal at an investors meeting in London last year & the answer was no the loan is all about supporting future envisage work loads.
With regards the IM JR Court of Appeal decision date I have today checked cases up to the 16th April & the case has not been listed yet.
With regards the finance deal I believe it was suggested that it is the paperwork re: underwriting of future export orders that maybe holding things up & I suspect there will be no RNS this week & maybe not next week but before the end of April is my guess.
Hi All - To average down to 39p I have just added 700 shares which are shown as a Sale so it seems to me many others are doing the same.
Good luck to you all.
PS I made my thoughts known this morning in response to Mr Parkers tweet this morning as follows -
'Mr Parker - Why was there not a fund raise when the SP was much higher when the writing was on the wall - as an investor in Sareum I currently feel shafted.'
London Stock Market - down 17.24%
Hi Folks - It was my question at an investors 'meeting' that asked could the finance deal drop into Qtr 1 2024 & I am not surprised that we do not have an RNS this morning or even an update. My reading of the situation is that we just have to wait & hopefully in the early part of Qtr 2 2024 we will have positive news.If the deal had failed then an RNS would of needed to have been issued.I am certain in my own mind the deal will go through & hopefully soon.
With regards the IM JR appeal decision I can report it has not yet been listed & the listings now go to the 10th April.I will update once it is listed.
Hi All - I am at the lower end of the scale with regards my investment & have been in this situation with a Biotech Company before. As a shareholder, like many others, one feels we have been shafted however provided we have positive results in Qtr 2 2024 it should be a different story.I do agree with an earlier post that there will likely need to be a further fund raise but hopefully at a much higher SP.
The alternatives to Sareum's fund raise is that the Company would have gone under so we now all have a chance of recovering our costs & maybe more.
Clearly the BOD made an unwise decision with their earlier method of fund raising & was also a sign of desperation.
Clearly we will see a drop this morning in the SP & now need to wait to Qtr 2 2024 for clinical results.
PS If I had the funds I would likely Buy the shares on offer at 10p in order to average down.
Hi All - I have decided to make a small punt this morning 900 shares at 16.4 on the basis that I cannot believe that the directors of Sareum will have risked many years of hard work & shareholders money to have put themselves in a position of putting themselves & shareholders into the 'last chance saloon'.Fingers crossed for a positive update this week.
In summary does this not give us some hope & what is the likely SP the shares would go for possible previous investors might bite at the chance to average down provided they had assurances of the company having a future & not being in the 'Last Chance Saloon'.
Following my posting the following is the description of placing of shares:
'A placing is the issue of new shares when companies are looking to raise money. Usually new or 'primary' shares are only offered to institutions, which is what makes a placing different to a rights issue, where the shares are offered to existing shareholders.'
Below is an extract from the recent RNS & the new share base following the recent admission is as detailed on their website today - 'The total number of shares in issue is: 71,761,878. 3.16% are not in public hands'.
On the basis of the new share issue what is the likely monies raised & surely this must help matters or am I missing something.
'Application for admission to trading
In accordance with the terms of the Facility, Sareum has issued a further 1.5 million Placing Shares. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 1.5 million Placing Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00am (London Time) on Monday 18 March 2024.'
Hi All - Is there any feed back from our fellow investors visit today ?
PS: I note that the last comments posted was at 14.42 which seems odd to me.
Hi Investors Relations,
I am an investor in Sareum (SAR) and I have worked in Biotech, a company based In Oxford called Summit plc, now listed on the NASADQ (SMMT).
While working at Summit I also worked with xxxxx xxxxxxxx who I understand was one of the founders of your company.
I wish to make it clear that I understand the challenges that all Biotech companies face but wanted clarity as to the status of the companies position.Clearly you are continuing as a 'Going Concern' but the market place has interpreted your last but one RNS in a negative way.
I am asking for some form of clarity with regards the 'Notice of Interim Results and Trading Update'.I would find it difficult to believe that the company has run out of money in that it needs the £300,000 prepayment deposit in order to continue in business unless it can secure additional funding.
I appreciate that such matters are market sensitive but I feel that clarity is required to confirm that you are not in 'the last chance saloon'.
Regards
