Correction - it's actually not a legal dispute, but a fraud probe.

I sold out of LAKE yesterday, though I might regret it. There is some legal dispute going on with Hackney council, though it's probably nothing to worry about.

I think Slater was/is in mari media and matomy media media also? Those Israeli co's have not gone so well, but XLM seems to be going v well as far as I can see.

Agreed. This share is ridiculously undervalued in my view. I have quite a lot already in my ISA, but would be tempted to buy more if it somehow drops lower.

A common theme on AIM it seems, XLM is similar in terms of share price action. Bought in for the first time here yesterday at 2.54, just topped up now. As ever, my timing is impeccable - not. I do like a share that pays a divi and we have one here.

I suspect it will be mid July before a trading update is issued, with interims being in mid Sept. XLM issued a positive update at the end of March along with FY results, I personally wouldn't have expected a trading update yesterday.

Yep, it's weird. It's as though 'investors' don't yet have full confidence in the company. May not be surprising given that it's AIM and also an overseas company, that is still a relatively new listing. But it is cash generative and pays a nice divi (unlike a lot of the carp on AIM), that's what makes the SP action all the more disappointing.

Not a share holder here myself. I did back the kickstarter however and perhaps should have had the foresight to invest when the SP was about £1. But I considered that as a big fan of the original game, I might get a little too attached to this share. As regards Elite Dangerous. I personally really like the game and think it is worthy of a quality rating of 80%. Hopefully it will be improved further. I have had lots of hours of fun with the game and expect to have many more.

I expect a trading update sometime next month. As we had an update in July, followed by the interims in Sept. The SP is disappointing but at least we get a good divi here. I hope that proves to be evidence of good fcf come the results. The recent acquisitions should help, both the UK sports betting website and EDM are profitable.

I think it's just appeared on some folks radar, after Mark Slater's positive commentary on it. It's cheap on a P/E valuation, has strong growth potential and of course pays a nice divi (unlike a lot of carp on AIM). A nice tuck away I think.

Johnboy - I know what you mean. Looking at morningstar.co.uk, it shows the company AGM as 18/11/14. Don't know if this is correct or not.

StoneBroke, morningstar.co.uk shows a PEG of 0.26, assuming we meet our projected forecasts for 2014/2015.

I have a share account with iweb. I tried to get some of these shares on a good number of occasions, but was continually requested to buy via a negotiated offer price. As I couldn't buy at the price I wanted, I just gave up!

Not sure. I would expect the more speculative stuff to be hit harder, but who knows?

Some of us have come croppers on this stock. But some respected journals have also been wrong footed. This stock was highly recommended in recent issues of SCSW and Investors Chronicle.

I think people ought to wait before buying. Also, the market is generally bearish at the moment. I bit the bullet and opted to bail out at £2.64. I have taken a heavy loss, but after some thought feel that I have made the right decision.
