BricksSA can I spell out to you DENARIUS OWN ZERO OF THE OPTION 1 UNTIL THEY HAVE SPENT £4 MILLION AND HAVE COMPLETED A PEA. Is that clear enough

BricksSA you really are delusional if you think Denarius will not lose everything they have invested in EMI so far if the MLA is not in. I expect you sold EUZ to buy Denarius and now are massively down again.

The more I read the RNS the clearer I think it is and initially I was thinking like Iky. The xfr test was used to see what matters were their to suggest if Lithium was present and the xfr test results were very positive. However, CB had to cover off that there was no Lithium found to stop the RNS from exaggerating the good news. He did the same with the kalahari tests when we had good findings but no copper was found. I am starting to get excited on another project.

I don't think CB can say the xfr didn't work because he knows it's limited for Lithium. However, like Analytical said sometimes you have to read between the lines and rushing the tests is demonstrating what he his really saying and for me with limited knowledge on xfr the RNS makes more sense and is more positive than I initiallythought..

I see the RNS has a wait and see but rushing the tests is a positive. Considering their is no value in this prospect in the share price then if nothing comes of it it will have no effect on the SP. So in my opinion a wait and see RNS is a positive.

I realies I painted a very rosie picture and a lot needs to happen. However, considering where we were 12 months ago we are in a far better place. I am convident we are worth much more than 3p now. I think when we get the PEA a huge spike like 3 years ago to 15p is very possible and we would still only be worth £14 million with no iminent placing to stop the rise.

EUZ share price is about where it was when the deal was announced. Denarius's SP is over 50% down with an institutional placing causing dilution and if you had not taken up the rights issue and the huge number of warrants now outstanding you would have lost 70% of you value. So the market did speak.

I think Shed is spot on and you need to think about what the NPV is when the PEA is done and when the Option 1 is complete. At £250 million we have almost £125 million to our name but Denarius are likely to complete the PFS and we receive £2 million in cash and like other miners (GGP) the actual resources in the ground increase at PFS stage massively because even more drilling will we done to get the block model in place and the NPV could increase to say £400 million. So we now have a share of a value of a mine worth £80 million at PFS stage, £2 million in the bank and a value that can be used for our £20 million tax losses. If this were to come true Denarius might want to offer us £100 million to buy us out.

Toral is not the only mine Denarius have and they will need to raise huge sums for all their projects and so to compare 80% to 20% with EUZ is very unrealistic.

CB with GLR spent £400K on 32 licenses in the May 2020 in Botswana and sold 9 licenses to SFR for £4 million in Jan 2021, SFR are required to spend another £4 million on the 9 licenses and if the JORC is high enough GLR will get £80 million so there are exploration mines to be bought especially in Africa.

IMO if the resources are their at Toral in abundance then EUZ will be take over by Denarius eventually at a much higher price than 3p but we will need to be patient.

I am pleased the SP didn't drop too much with the profit taking sells. Hopefully we will get some news soon because there are many projects with RNS's to be issued this summer.

CB can you fly over to the authorities in Luansobe and get them to priorities our license and make sure it is granted so that we can start mining Monday.

Up 12.5% now and no trades on LSE - is news on the mining licence positive - is there a large trade going through?

The ML was initially to be applied for with a PFS and then it changed to a PEA. I have not read that they can apply without either unless Denarius have reported this. To apply for the ML we should have enough data on resources and will make no difference to Denarius unless they a wanted a boost to the SP to make a further placement. Unless, the Junta have said that ML can go in which could be 6 months until it is granted but a PEA must be in place before it will be granted.

D day is around the corner. Could we get an RNS this week on the ML, PEA and the assays. We have 2 weeks left to get the ML in.

I am perplexed that in all my years of reading RNS's and posts I never come across what happened on this board this week. When a company goes drilling the rampers will explain how big it could be, the amount of lithium/China effect etc. Look at KAV and their SP 2 or 3 weeks went up 60% on the speculation of what might be found with one 606m hole. We have so, so much other stuff to get excited about we hardly mentioned Kamativi. I think CB tweeted to get us all thinking but we didn't really give it a second thought. I really honestly believe we have 5 or 6 companies in one investment because we find it difficult to be able to give anyone the time to discuss, research and may I say speculate on. 15p my target price.

JORC to early for posting

Zimbabwe is not the place it was 20 years ago and due to new technology is well under researched. If Pure bond honours the 1p then a bounce back is due today and for the short-term. I don't like TW and he does get many things wrong but his name for Ben 'Flip Flop' does sound on the money. If KAV does go back to 1p and with the new shares to be issued to Pure Bond then you will be valued at around £14 million which IMO is far too much in this day and age for a company that does not have any ZORC.
