Good RNS

I agree that CB is under pressure like most over AIM exploration. I also think only one or two of his companies will multi-bag. For me GLR IS THE ONE. It is the only company that should not need another placement and dilution - all the others will sometime next year. GLR also has 10 prospects and 2 of those should be cash generative by next year. The options for GLR are massive. I also feel BZT might be a good point punt due to a valuation of £2 million compared to it's assets and the cash burn is low.

My harsh point on Luansobe and Ka****u is that we should not count our chickens until they're hatched. Both these prospects are just prospects until the imminent MLA's are announced

The RNS today was nothing more than an update on 2 future prospects and what's been happening but not anything imminent to shout about and Star Zinc. CB needed to update on the progress of the 2 and the possibility of Star Zinc royalties starting but there is no concrete information to think they will. This was neither a negative or positive RNS but more of informative one.

The news on Luansobe like Ka****u is no news until we have the MLA confirmed and posters need to really understand this or just sell up and move to an index tracker.

Ferber is definitely on the radar considering Biden's IRA give away.

Kamativi will be RNS'd soon with more results but the taster of the first drill was rushed through for impact but the results on the other 9 will take longer but the RNS could land anytime.

SFR will be busy and a report on the £4 million or not spent on work is imminent.

We also have the new Zambia prospect and one other prospect.

If I was in charge of a company I would RNS the information/boring stuff before the real juicy ones.

Don't be surprised if another RNS lands in the very near future.

Most shareholders including myself and the BOD had written off Star Zinc. If they have started mining again which would take time to sell the rocks then there is now hope. So unlike some people who did put value on Star Zinc before the RNS I am actually now more convinced that we might get the money owed and future royalties. The fact that CB has not included SZ in the cash flow for over 18 months and still is not shows that this will be a massive bonus if the mining starts. I've been waiting for CB on this one.

This is a sad time HZM shareholders and hope I am wrong.

I have owned and traded HZM since the old money days but the the big finance deal they did was a commitment to failure so I have not bought again. In the small print the banks made it clear that they would not release the last tranche of money if the cost spiralled and that management would need to to borrow else where or raise cash trough a rights issue. The banks just want to be able to get their money back. The banks will take over and will sell to the highest bidder which might be Glencore and it might mean a small amount for shareholders. This is what happened to SXX.

HZM will not be able to raise the approximate £188 million, their own banks will not lent to them, their major shareholders (Fidelity) are selling out and time is not on HZM's side because they were forced to issue an RNS so that the likes of Fidelity could start selling out.

I always sell out of small mining shares when they have received the huge finance for construction of the mine because the SP is relatively high and the investors perceive the risks to have lowered but in reality the risk is still there but just in a different format such as the increase in capital required to complete the construction of the mine. This is SXX all over again.

2 million tonnes plus deposits to construction

I think anyone who still thinks we should take possibly huge exploration projects through to construction and then mining should look at HZM. I was a shareholder there but I always sell out when a company commits huge sums by borrowing money to get even 1st class mines to production. CB is good at finding the areas to develop and realises that we are not big enough to take on mines of £2 million plus deposits to construction and production. Kavativa if it is a real Lithium discovery will be sold and rightly so. We do no want to risk being SXX which HZM might well be.

GLR recieved more money from SFR than AFP and GLR kept even more licences than they sold SFR only had to spend a million rather than 4 millon on GLR"s. licenses. Not all the licences will show the required data to proceed so it is.looking good for GLR.

Kamativa if the drills show a real lithium discovery then the cost of the tens of thousands of more drilling to prove up, complete a PFS then a mining licence and then a DFS. The length of time, money and expertise is massive. Far too much for GLR. Better to a deal like we did with SFR or sell out completely once we have a JORC. Funky your plan could be very rewarding but the risks and dilution are far higher and when you have 9 other projects in my opinion you would be bonkers to turn down a good offer now. Luansobe will fund the other projects including the underground exploration on site.

Disagree Funky, the Luansobe open pit is a cash machine for 5 years with a big underground operation. Kamativa is very early stage and will need massive investment and will Lithium be this high in 5 years time. Copper is a better bet and we have a cheap easy plan with Luansobe. The big boys are likely to over pay for Kamativa but unlikely to overpay for Luansobe.

So was I IKY. I think you are allowed to be 30 days late with AIM. I am now expecting an RNS pre Monday opening.

IKY you are just on another planet. What part of 17 RNS's is CB going quiet. BZT have not had 4 updates and Prem 8. Do you expect weekly updates?

17 RNS updates this year and 10 prospects. If CB has only one company which is delivering then it must be GLR. The main issue with GLR is AFP, BZT, XTR etc are not delivering and giving CB a poor name.

The market in AIM is bonkers and there is far more crap than good and most will go to the wall.

KAV just bought 6 licences, 3 of which expire next year for 3 times the amount GLR paid for 30. We have sold 8 for £4 million with a possible £80 million to follow and SFR has a 4.5% stake in us. Just on the Botswana assets we should be worth 10 times more than KAV but we are only around 2 times bigger.

We have 5 licenses we are waiting on which cannot be CB's fault. Yes IKY I am extremely disappointed with the SP and I have bought 2.5 million back which I sold at over 1,2p to get my exposure back up to where it was.

We are due an RNS before the end of the week so not long to wait.

Sorry KAV have bought 3 licenses that expire next year

KAV are paying £1.3 million for 6 licenses, 3 or which expire in 3 years time and the vendor is keeping the historic data! We have I think 12 licenses which we have data on quite a few of them.

This is a very risky acquisition. The strange thing is why is KAV not getting the historic data and that is being kept by the vendors and paying in cash?

More drills to prove up for a sale or farm out because it looks like it will be too big for GLR.
