This time last year we were thinking about Luansobe and starting mining 2023, SFR might moved forward with our licenses and proposed drill in many other areas. Plus cash from the £5 million sale. Nothing as changed negatively on these points but there have been so many positives. Lithium discovery, licence application, new JORC, copper rising and a potential mega deposit what a wonderful year to start 2024.

I really don't think the market is clued in on Luansobe. The grades were very good and so the profitability is there for 5/6 years for the open pit.

Flipper I read XTR's RNS and they had a cut off of 0.1% on their racecourse asset.I expect it is due to the size of the area. The racecourse is much bigger but grades are a quarter of Luansobe. Scale and benefits.

I believe that if we sell an asset it might be enough to eradicate all previous losses meaning GLR could pay a special dividend and leave enough working capital for a couple of years. Now that would be a Christmas present

Exactly Ana. CB tends to sell if there is a market or get a JV with a larger company. The cost of getting a mine to production is quite high generally. However, Luansobe is looking less costly due to the grades, location and is an open pit. GLR finds and tests areas to develop which is where the money is without too much capital expenditure

Iky I filtered you in October because I thought you were too negative and constantly moaning. However, the next day you were speculating from a source that we would have a deal before Christmas. I would rather have genuine speculation even if it is late or wrong than constantly moaning.

With inflation looking under control and recession fears reducing every day I think commodity prices will take off and especially copper. So for me a deal done in February for Luansobe would be better than done tomorrow. Lithium's price will come back and they have already started. Lithium increased initially due to the bets on EVs which have normalized but also the China slow down caused a glut of lithium. I think next year will be the year of the red dragon and commodities like copper and lithium will be in demand. GLR is perfectly placed and could be the AIM 2020 EUA/GGP of 2024.

SFR pushed back on the AFP agreement before the end date whereas we are 2 months past our end date - this could be very good news because why the delay?

When CB announced the Sandfire deal there was a long silence and everyone was waiting for the Star Zinc production start. The Sandfire deal was a good one so silence can be a good thing.

I am pleased the bonuses were paid in shares rather than in cash. Shed you are right the size of the new resource area is the main issue. It could be a multiple of what was in the previous PEA. This possibility, the MLA being granted and the possible take up of Option 2 with Denarius committed to giving EUZ $2 million and funding the PFS for the larger area is not in the EUZ SP. Yes, nothing is guaranteed but if in 2 years time all these targets are achieved then the SP will be a lot, lot higher unless there is an unforeseen catalyst to stop the progress.

Grappa I take big stakes in AIM mining companies and all my EUZ shares are in my ISA and pension. I am actually retired. My average is 4.5p and so I am around 65% down but this is just a paper loss from profits made from EUA, RMM, HZM etc.

Myles now às 5% of EUZ so it is in his interest to get a higher SP going forward. Myles and co have spent too much on admin in my opinion over the years. However, this last year they have done what they needed to and if they can be granted the mining licence and a much increased mining area by December 2024 then all good.

Great news Cjen. Their SP is up 35% over last few days which is good news for EMI. It also might be worth saying that if the new resources area increases substantially they might refuse the option 2 and table a bid for the whole of EMI. I did buy a few Denarius shares a month ago on top of my EUZ holdings because I do think they're also well cheap.

I have accumulated another 5 million shares which is being shown as a sell. I do think the company is cheap but dilution is our biggest omen.

Remember when Option 2 is in place Denarius will need to pay us £2 million within 12 months and before they get the extra 29% will need to fund a PFS for hopefully a much larger area.

The reason I am more concerned about opinion 2 is that Denarius would now own 51% and they could go slow, change the plan, force EUZ to raise money. So the acceptance of option 2 for me is critical.
