I have just sold out of BZT and now only hold GLR of CB's companies. Iky is right when they say CB's reputation is being tested. BZT was a very small holding in comparison to GLR which I am convinced is literally sitting on a gold mine.

Some viewed negativity when CB mentioned funding to get Luansobe mining up and running which is just making an obvious poing about the cost to start open pit mining.

The Jubilee deal puts it all in prospective. They will pay 35% of the revenue to the seller. If someone pays us 35% of the revenues at Luansobe we are talking £18 million for 10 years but with no capex cost. This is the sort of deal I am waiting for

Since the Sandfire deal January 18th 2021 around my birthday:

Sandfire gave us £4 million in cash and shares

June 2021 £2 million placing

August 2023 £2.1 million in shares from Glenover sale

May 2024 £2.15 in cash

So from Feb 2021 - June 2024 we had raised £10.25 million but still had well over £4 million left

So we have spent £6 million over more than 3 years and have accumulated:

75% of Kamativi

75% of Bulawayo

75% of Luansobe

65% of Shinganda

If you look at previous accounts you will see that we spent £580,000 on operational costs between 1st April 23 - 30th September 23. In this period we did drilling in Zambia and Zimbabwe (Kamatavi) and we also paid towards the NW Zambia deal. At the end of March 2024 we still had a small amount of cash, over £2 million in shares and over £2 million coming in from the asset sale (Glenover). We have not bought any new licence but have done drilling in 2 Zambia licenses and spent money on consultancies on Luansobe. So I think we are still very well cashed up. CB in May/June said we had over £4 million

MM the JSE is a small portion of EUZ share capital so what do they know more than us, nothing. However, we do know if they do not sell then during the possible RTO they might need to wait months to sell and I actually expect the JSE listing to end and all share capital to be with AIM.

The Denarius shares closed at Cad 0.74 which equates to 3p a EUZ share

I don't think it is a bad deal - I worked it out to be at minimum $1 million a month on revenue for the seller. Our open pit is 50% bigger. I think this deal demonstrates just want we can get for our OP and how incredibly under valued GLR is.

I do believe we will sell Toral to Denarius and I believe it is the right decision mainly because I don't think Denarius is in a position to go forward with Option 2 and they might have relayed this to Myles.

If the RTO is voted down then the larger shareholders must have serious doubts about the project, price of the deal and funding requirements. If the RTO is voted down then I suspect EUZ will be dismantled in 4 months time and the Denarius shares handed out which is not a terrible outcome. So the RTO must be a no brainer to be accepted by the large shareholder or EUZ will need to dish out the Denarius shares IMO.

The investors buying up EUZ below 1.4p over the last 6 months will do very well. However, I am not expecting a 10 bagger from the current 2p SP. Nevertheless, I do think there will be a short-term rise. I expect the sale of Toral to go through.

I do not expect the Denarius shares to be part of the funding but more of an emergency fund and that is how I read the latest RNS. Myles can't say they won't be sold due to possible unforseen cost overruns.

The RTO will require the backing of the larger shareholders and is EUZ getting a 100% stake in a mine in a far advanced position than Toral on the cheap.

It is a good job some investors didn't listen to BB and co over the last 6 months.
