I am not too worried about the time scale but I understand IKY’s frustration having invested 8 years ago.

I do suggest people think seriously about selling up if they do not have confidence in CB getting a good deal. My own opinion is that he will hold out for a life changing deal. However, Luansobe is just one of many deals to be made. 2 years ago I might have been worried because of the imminent global recession but to me that’s receded so I am very confident we have the time to complete these deals and the SP will reflect them one day. At least we are talking to the big guys, there seems to be some large trades coming through and the cash position should still be healthy. Finally, there is so many other licenses which can be life changing and we should definitely not focus on Luansobe.

Well Cyber I've sold out of BZT because they have no cash and the OP is much, much smaller than Luansobe. The grades of the Luansobe are so much better and capex and cut off a lot lower. BZT will need to sell a JV to a much bigger player and AFP are totally reliant on FQ and how the Hope mine of BZT pans out. IMO GLR is the only game changer company CB runs

Wanted to raise 3.5 million

From the video they wanted to raise 3 million euros for a 25% stake valuing Tynagh at 14 million euros. We don't know how much they raised or how they need to raise to complete the DFS. DB might be party to the funding for the DFS and I would be surprised if it is at less than 5p equivalent EUZ SP.

Tynagh needs money to complete a study to raise the funds for the Capex. It is far cheaper to do it through a RTO

Yes we are now debt free Shed. However, during the RTO transaction period after shareholders have agreed they will need to raise funds to complete the DFS for Tynagh. The DFS being the study to entice the banks to lend for the capex. AIM have initially suspended us until we know what the deal will be IMO.

So why would we help Viridian out, why would we be selling EMI to Denarius and why would the large shareholders go ahead unless we are getting the project at a huge discount. Denarius shares now worth 3.55p a EUZ share

From what I gather we are suspended until the deal and proposed is full disclosed. When it is disclosed or we walk away then the suspension is lifted and shares can be bought or sold. The EUZ shareholders will then vote on it. If it passes we will again be suspended but we have up to 6 months to complete the transaction. The Denarius shares have no effect other than being ringfenced away from the RTO. EUZ public limited status is what we are selling (grappa's suggestion is coming true). I've seen companies do a RTO with debts.

CB bought some BZT shares this year and due to their size you could say it was to boost the price but GLR do not need any money soon so it is more likely to get some more at this price while he can. CB bought 2 millions in June 2020 at 0.6p and in the January we peaked at around 2.5p.

We will see the details of the RTO soon to vote on. 98% voted for the sale so large shareholder are on board. The RTO must initially be value increasing or why would it be voted through now we have an easy exist option in 4 months time?

Yes at the time but who knows. All I know is a cap on ISAs and an increase in CGT will cause investors to sell out of all AIM shares and buy a tracker. With a tracker you never need to sell until you need the money and then pay your taxes.

In 2016 Robber Thieves wrote in the independent that ISA values should be capped like the LTA Brown put in place for pensions. If she puts in place a cap of say £100k like the Resolution foundation say then this will hit a lot of investors who will need to take share/bonds/cash out of their ISA.

GLR was not alone and many AIM miners fell yesterday. The upcoming budget is something PI's are extremely worried about. Having to move AIM mining shares out of an ISA or buying risky assets outside an ISA with what Labour are thinking will have detrimental effect on AIM ownership. Why buy/ own AIM shares outside an ISA if the government is going to take 39% of any profit. Investors will forfeit the extra risk, sell up and buy an SP 500 tracker. Next Wednesday could be DD for AIM ownership.

Next week if RR puts a cap on the amount you can hold in an ISA I might have to sell some GLR shares and repurchase them in an investment account. Absolutely bonkers
