Luckily, I'm not uncharitable. If I were, I (and other board menbers, maybe) might suspect that some of these requests were a wind-up by trolls.

In the RNS?

First off, I'm no expert in shares/finance and don't have any large shareholdings in any company.
To an extent, I can understand the need for speed but also feel that INFA handled their recent placing more equitably and gracefully.
Their discount was much smaller but the offer was taken up quickly and still oversubscribed.
Despite the above, I feel that the real issue was why financial planning was so poor? I think many holders had queried the apparent lack of activity for so long but then there was what appears to have been a rushed and discriminatory placing out of the blue.
I'll leave it at that but wiser and more experienced investors might be able to express things better. GLA - including PHE.

That must have been the longest sentence I ever read! Not just the full stop issue, it ignores most of the rules of Grammar. Bit boring, too.

Not sure, others have asked and some speculation looks likely.

Some eplit personalities ramping VELA, MODE etc on here today. But with about 12 billion shares in VELA, gains would be spread pretty thin.
A quote from their BB today.
"As far as I'm aware VELA only have 500K shares of MODE, which even at the current high price is only worth £275K. The current VELA market cap is £9.05M, so the MODE price would have to increase 3290% for VELA's market cap to just double".
