Every slight increase in the price is like another hammer blow on the stake through LB's heart. He seems to have gone a bit quieter as no one is listening to him and the share rises. Long may it continue.

Seriously, I would hate to run-down an innovative company that could be so good for the environment - and make us all money - but something is going wrong here. Has anyone actually seen a full-size EMG functioning? Do we know that it will ever work?
I saw the following comment about another share on an LSE BB recently; "they seem allergic to crossing the finish line". It could easily apply to PHE and all. Very sad and shaming for Britain and its industries in my view.

As genuine holders are aware, there is no rhyme, or reason, for such a fall in GGP share prices over the last few weeks. I'm not experienced enough to ascribe sinister motives in the movement (but could be so persuaded....)
The good thing is that if the pattern continues, logically, the price must go down to zero p eventually and we will then need to thank the MM for their wise altruism!
What we need to do now is to work out an equitable way of divvying up the free shares when that happens. As I seem to be the originator of this prediction, I call first dibs and want 100,000 free shares. All other LTHs can split the balance between you but don't be greedy!

The Italian and others are much more eloquent then me but I, too, have wondered about the 'altruistic' experts trying to save us from ourselves. Having once tried 'Viagra' - and then spending the afternoon in the bathroom with an upset stomach, instead of with my beautiful (and annoyed) date - I am very happy to try an alternative. If I lose a little cash in the hope of it coming to market, that is my business, not that of some (probably fake) do-gooder. I am very grateful for the more experienced and knowledgeable investors that take them on.

Not looking that good anywhere, the markets are depressed (unnecessarily but there you go .....). Try reading the press and educate yourself instead of coming out with stupid and fake opinions.

Thanks, a well deserved name I'm sure:). Like shooting fish in a barrel this one and I suspect that a lot of comments have been modded. As this is one of the few boards I'm surviving on, I'd better keep quiet - except to say that the Europeans might have delayed this due to Brexit but the impotent ........

Hi, the BP plant is still only a twinkle in someone's eye (rather like our DMG which seems to have a gestation period similar to that of an elephant) but could be a sign of things to come. GLA

Is this event the same as when a lady sent a text as an IOU for rather a lot of money? Or was that another event?

I was working in a remote area at the time. When I came home, I took a walk to my sister's housing estate and saw the economic activity as cash was thrown around, new cars on every drive, new kitchens and carpets being fitted. I saw the part-time school dinner lady and her layabout husband had bought a new house with 2 cars on the drive.
I fielded calls to my elderly mother from Banks etc offering to lend her money for improvements, holidays etc.
Just 10 years earlier, I had tried to get a £300 business overdraft for a new venture from Lloyds and was tossed out on my ear and told to come back when I had 2 years of audited accounts.
You didn't need to be anything special to see that things were going very wrong!

Africa has so many street families grubbing in filth for anything salvageable to earn a pittance. From what I have seen on TV, the Philipines have the same problem on a huge scale, doubtless other countries, too. Feeding the DMEs and cleaning the environment will provide many opportunities for income generation by honest and resourceful NGOs.

They may well be but world supplies can barely keep up with existing demand and costs are increasing rapidly. Wait until production ramps up, shortages and huge price rises are inevitable. Cable layers can expect a lot of overtime, too.

Good points and they do make one despair of our leadership - and their technical advisers. On another LSE board, there has been discussion about the size of electrical cables required to carry the increased current and of where the copper would come from. Then the copper for the EVs themselves.....
