Recommendations delivered to government on time which in itself a positive which suggests to me some urgency to get the gas storage caverns underway.Infa will have any negatives in the recommendations covered and I suspect it won't be too long a wait for final approval.I find it hard to believe that infa aren't aware of the final outcome.

Personally I am confident that the gas cavern project will go ahead and it will indeed be shovel ready.The ML decision by government in my view will not be too far behind the environmental recommendations.

That's a lot of dilution for only one of our interests so the board must be confident that something sp enhancing lies ahead.It appears they are throwing all their chips in on Timor.They go to lengths to emphasise that this area is only going to get more interest going forward and it may be they have already been approached by a large fish and hence why they have increased their interest with this investment.

Storey.fair points although I don't agree with your perception that the gas cavern project isn't important to infa.The company would have put the project on hold if they didn't think it was likely to go ahead and it's my belief that work on the project has ramped up which fits with the hiring of a manager on the project.It will be interesting to see what happens in the next month with the ML and how quick the NI government are to give it the go ahead.

Being realistic I think defence contracts are in the medium term.The wind farm projects look closer and the two ships we are expected to hear more about before H1 concludes.A conclusion on the Gas caverns is important more than ever in my opinion.

Nothing in the commons briefing from Ben Wallace.It's my gut instinct that we will hear nothing until the ML award is announced.The decision they will be passed to the Northern Ireland government is due at months end but then we have the government decision which one would be a relatively quick process but it leaves wiggle room if for any reason it needs to be stalled a little longer.Let's hope that the stalling is over and infa are given the green light or the shovel ready shovel may have rusted away.

Question that arises for me is that it's clear infastrata are acting like a company that already knows it has contracts and hence why infa has geared up accordingly with assets ,now four and manufacturing capability and machinery and also workforce.Any announcement of contracts will undoubtedly move the sp possibly significantly so it seems contracts have been kept hush hush.I wonder what determines when contracts and related sp rise are to be announced and why it's not already been announced.The ML is pending and it's my belief that this is pivotal to all of the infastrata umbrella and not just the salt caverns gas storage project.

Looking at trading volumes the figures suggest that selling outweighs buying by a huge amount yet the sp holds steady .If those sells reported are actually sells then it's fair to assume the sp would suffer and it hasn't so I have my suspicions that a lot of those reported sells are in fact buys.Over the next few months I can see some good news forthcoming .fingers crossed.

Loose goose.I too have a strong suspicion that some other company is about to take a sizeable chunk of the island magee project.H and W will get the majority of the salt caverns engineering work and another company taking over the project with infa keeping a percentage makes great sense with the sale of the percentage financing the shipbuilding and turbine etc aspect of infastrata .The island magee and Barrow regasification vessel will need significant funding and whoever funds the projects will want the majority stake.Something major is playing out here and this fits with my theory that the ML has been about stalling until the incoming funder for island magee is ready with its own end of the plan.The ML decision fits with my thoughts on who the suitor is and there timeframes.

North Africa would likely be the gas supplier to europe especially if the Russian Nord2 gas pipe is not allowed .The gas caverns supply logically would come from West Africa /USA.

For me the delays with the marine licence has been an intentional stalling until such time as another company has had reassurance that it's process would complete .the completion of that process is the end ofQ1 coincidentally when the ml decision is intended to be made.Its my view that Graham lyons was part of this interconnection between the two companies.All speculation but let's see what unfolds.Let's be realistic those gas caverns are shovel ready so need for the British and Northern Ireland governments to allow this delay as it is in the interests of both governments to complete the island magee project.A safe and regular supply of gas where the government can't be held to ransome by middle east suppliers is essential going forward.

Hard to tell if it's a buy or sell .Its been made to look like a sell but a buy would hint at a bit of newsflow in the near term...

It doesn't make sense that infa is increasing its liabilities ie the two latest additions in Scotland without any security of contracts to provide the funding to sustain without the need to keep raising cash and diluting.I have been confident of contracts and the gas caverns adding revenues in the medium term with the gas caverns and short term with defense contracts or windfarm contracts and maybe others.The company is guarded and sparing with news that would add to the share price and that for me is a worry.Company's that keep shareholders fully updated and treats it's shareholders with respect are in my view few and far between and I'm now seeing infastrata as NOT in that small group.The next few months are crucial as we need revenues other than a few north Sea ferries.

Yes it's a good point you make Doug.Once the 15 the is out of the way it will be interesting to see what unfolds.The sp has been largely manipulated in my view so even if we had news on the essar /shorecan deal it would have been suppressed until this atomic deal is completed.lots of dilution but it's dilution for good reason .
