Lots of clues to what may be unfolding here.The shipbuilding in my view is the future of infa and renewable sources etc.The storage caverns will provide engineering work for infa but I'm confident the caverns will be taken on by some other entity and hopefully infa maintains some interest..all in my opinion and DYOR.

Looks like someone is picking large amounts of infa shares up.What do they know.?

Hi Stokey.question for me is why infa was the preffered bidder on H and W?..we had no money of note and the only other worth of note was the gas cavern project...in the recent zoom presentation little was said about the gas cavern project and when we are trying to promote the company and raise cash I would assume we would try to cover all aspects of the business.Money is tight for infa yet we have a project manager beavering away on island magee...Doing what ?is it not shovel ready.?the ML in the grand scheme of energy security for the UK and in particular

For a company that has aspirations of big contracts being awarded we are desperately short of the capex we will need.When infa was allowed to purchase H and W and other assets regulators must be fully aware of this so I am even more convinced that the island magee project is and was always planned to be the finance solution for infastrata.Based on this assumption I would expect an ML decision and a Final Investment decision coming sooner rather than later.Government influence is all over our company in my view and as such it will succeed .

Whilst the track record here is grim clon do have legal title to Tano 2 and that asset is worthless to Ghana if there is no progress.If clon are in bed with a consortium bidding on a Nigerian marginal then it could be assumed that the same consortium are waiting in the wings on Tano2.The Lithium project has a few positives on our side and could if they can get something over the line..It's a punt .pure and simple but as such it could see healthy gains.

It's interesting that we have any buying at all here given the negativity surrounding clon.Maybe there is some news pending.Not all will have sold out the placing shares and they will have seen something to entice them in.Ghana is quiet with most of the gossip about lithium,I get the feeling the Ghana ratification is close.Perhaps the same consortium that is bidding in Nigeria is the same consortium that will take ghana forward.

No detail on island magee in presentation and we have anot experienced manager on the project who has been busy it would appear(doing what exactly)?.it is only my opinion but it's seems obvious to me that this year we will likely see the real truth behind those caverns and I suspect we will it only retain a relatively small interest..infa is very good at spending cash and generous bonus,s for Jw and co suggests to me they know that there will be a healthy injection of cash coming our way .island magee finances the true focus for infa and that is renewable sources and shipbuilding etc.Clock is ticking until revelations in my view.

Fair point storey but I suspect the plan has been in place for a good while and all the necessary legislation will be taken care off .In my view infa have been the custodians of island magee and their reward will be a pay off to finance the ship building plans.Everybody wins .The UK get gas security and infa the shipbuilding engineering etc and Northern Ireland gets jobs apprenticeships as does apple Dore and Scotland yards.I suspect all this was planned before the old board were moved out.I might be way off base here but we will find out going forward one way or another.

According to the rns concerning the plan to delist and the deal to reduce to 16% the roaster would be expected to reach full production in the summer of 2021.I suspect this time frame will not be met but it's interesting that Odey is now a Director.Does he see another focus for tristar ?if he like us all is merely waiting for a liquidity event he doesn't need to be a director.No buy orders as yet on the asset match platform and auction end is almost upon us.

Morning Nobby.I totally agree about the ML .The FID is expected in the second half of this year I believe.
Graham Lyon our previous chairman in my view was brought in by the group that intend to take majority control of the gas storage project.West Africa has huge gas resources and it makes sense for this area to supply the UK,s gas .Buhari recently in the UK maybe finalising a plan discussed and blueprinted before the old board were ousted.After Brexit we would need a safe ,secure and plentiful supply of gas which can transition to Hydrogen.
I speculate that Mr lyon oversaw the plan at infa on behalf of the African concern that were putting together a Pan african project to secure gas centric assets with the aim of supplying not only the UK but also Europe.Infa may retain and interest in the gas cavern project but as per the recent presentation the focus for the company is shipbuilding /renewables.Nothing in the presentation highlighted the island magee project and yet we have a top notch employee working on the gas caverns.The Marine licence according to JW in the presentation normally takes 3-6 months and it's my belief that the Marine licence not being granted yet ensures that no other entity could step in and make a bid for infa and disrupting the plan.The gas storage project is of huge importance.It's to the UK energy needs going forward and everything has had to be watertight and kept under the radar.Once the ML is granted it suggests everything is signed up and in place in Africa .The complexity of this project is likely the reason for the delay in my view.Opinion only.

Anyone else notice Mr Graham lyon commenting at the end of yesterday's presentation.Our ex chairman clearly at infastrata to negotiate the deal to supply gas to the gas caverns and most likely from Africa.The gas caverns are the reason the old board were cleared out in my view and will eventually be part of something significant with the shipbuilding the focus for infrastrata.Perhaps that was the deal .Government and co get the extremely important gas /hydrogen storage and the trade off being contracts from defence the trade off with another large concern taking over the gas project with infastrata picking up a very good pay off to ensure capex funding for the expected significant flow of work into infrastrata order book.

No doubting it's been a long process here and the wait is painfully,however the placing suggests something has enticed to investors to part with their cash and not just a quick rinse of their newly acquired shares although this will be the case for some.The new presentation has been prompted by something and if we can get something over the line in Bolivia with a jv or funding then clontarf could see some big gains.Add to that a result in Ghana and we could be many many multiples of today's sp.A partner in Ghana would surely already be lined up and could help the ratification process.I believe both of these projects are close to being resolved and the reason why I have been adding.

The minister of defence had a delegation at H and W last week.
Going forward we can look at debt instead of dilution.
The renewals sector will offer increasing work for infa.
We now have the land acreage to pacify large company's demands.
We would not have secured the Saipem contract without the recent Scottish Aquisitions.
This company is a medium term investment rather than a quick growth investment.
Once we start the contracts will roll in.
The last few years have been about setting up the foundations to be able to grow into a significant manufacturer in the UK.
In normal circumstances the ML would take 3-6 months so the delay we have had makes no logical sense .

Good update this morning.Each contract we complete successfuly improves our credibility and builds a strong business where ferry company's will look first for their repair needs.I am looking for two things this next few months .The ML and the 360 million ship contract .If we achieve the two we are on our way.

We still maintain 16% of SPMP.so the demand for Antimony only makes the 16% potentially increasingly more valuable assuming the roaster hits it's target.Auction completes in circa 20 days so be enlightening to see what the average sp comes in at.

Nobby.Nobby . agree that the gas cavern project will be how infa fund the larger contracts.Government will have two objectives in my view 1-to build back the UK shipbuilding industry /capability.
2.ensure energy security for the UK.
The plan has been in play since the calling of the EGM to oust the previous board.It always struck me as very risky to grant infa the takeover of the H and W yard when there will have been bigger players in the running.A tiny infrastrata with no money and very little else to offer..It's also always been my opinion that the ML was always going to be granted but could be used as a stalling mechanism if needed.As frustrating as this sp and company is at present I believe we are now at a turning point with a contract from a huge company in Saipem in the bag and a foot in the door of the wind farm future plans for the UK..

I wonder if Killik will take part in the placing .They did keep increasing their holding a while ago.
