400k at 18p.wow must have been some presentation and those 500k sells must not have seen it..Nothing to do with the presentation in my view it's about shifting shares which the company will be fully aware of .

Personally Stokey.question I believe the volume is related to the granting of the ML.The volume is not pick buying but rather than forward selling of a placing (which is still a possibility)I believe it is a movement of shares .Killik could well have secured shares with a view to be transferred to a client who may well be some large entity lined up to take a majority stake in the gas storage project.I wouldn't be too surprised to see the ML granted before month end.

If this was normal trading the sp would have moved more than the small rise we have had .Market makers don't give shares away ,they want a profit so as I alluded to earlier a forward sold placing or a movement of shares from one large holder to another.Maybe killik pick up a percentage of over 10% to secure for another entity once needed.intriguing.

Not saying it is or it isn't just saying it's a possibility and wouldn't be surprised as there is a side to this company that for me is a tad sneaky .

With forward selling Stokey.question I tend to see lots of trades logged as buys going through in a fixed range and not necessarily with the sp going down.The selling is usually above the placing price or there would be no point in forward selling.

Are we seeing the forward selling of a placing or is this volume related to some positive news event.?

According to the latest tristar update .30th June 2021 .SPMP will likely come to market and it will have swallowed up Tristar.Either a cash payment for the 16% or we have shares in a listed SPMP.

The salt caverns gas storage project has always been a done deal for me and the reason the old board of directors were ousted.The project needed securing so that it was fully controlled and in safe hands .Infastrata seem to have an air of certainty about the future with its asset and personel aquisitions which suggest certainty about funding .Some significant funds are coming into the coffers in my view.
