The company has been active in singing it's praises of what it is going to be however the market needs actual officially announced contracts and progress .The trading and share price is not reflecting the company positivity and we have relatively large trades going through which I accept could be buys marked as sells.At some point the market will want to see some revenue evidence.

To my mind it's absolutely crazy that a decision one way or another hasn't been made on the Marine Licence.This is why I have always thought something about this decision is outside of whatever the standard process.Gas is, at this moment in time, the answer to the transition from coal etc until we have greener solutions.Governments have to invest in the future and it will cost far more to deal with the effects due to inaction now.Gas power stations further up the coast from island magee have approval and infa had approval for the well they drilled in the island magee area only a few years ago.Makes no sense at all .

Would I be correct in my assumption that killik invest on behalf of others ie nominees?

Killik usually invest for others ie nominee accounts.in my understanding.

According to infa they have covered all concerns and have top barrister on board so I'm sure the decision by The minister is fairly cut and dried.Two or more years is ridiculous to get this sorted.any concerns could have been passed onto infa by now and dealt with accordingly.Storage underground is a safe method and the discharge of brine into the sea the only concern as I understand it and extending a pipe seems a relatively easy solution.

Be interesting to see how it all plays out.Infa spending money in a way that suggests they know some significant funding is waiting in the wings..It seems ridiculous the time the ML has taken and smells fishy .whatever the differing views and theories it does seem that infa is on the cusp.

Stokey.question I don't think we have 2 years.We need something before then and regasification vessels are surely the answer.A cold winter will put a huge strain on heating and power generation and gas is the stepping stone to Hydrogen.Infastrata are right in the thick of it for me and Barrow and Belfast would be the starting points in my view.

Not a certainty but it fits with my thoughts all along.Before the last board of directors were voted out a plan will have been put in place in my opinion and the gas caverns will have been dependant on amongst other things a gas supply deal to the UK .The ship building aspect will have been planned with the monetising of the island magee gas project and the funding coming from that project .ie a majority stake taken by someone/group..All planned and probably government had a large say in it and hence why the large bonus,s to Mr wood et al.The sp has been walked down purposely and is still being tightly held .Killik buys a stake usually for other parties so it may well be that the other party is the large stakeholder ready to step into island magee..All will start to play out now in my opinion because the demand for gas is unstoppable at the moment and in the medium term .The large ship going to Appledore is also interesting but I accept it may well be unconnected to gas supply.JW was at no 10 to discuss amongst other things the gas supply and infas roll in my view.

Teekay the owner of the Dorset spirit are the largest shipper of crude and LNG.Meetings between energy company's and the government this morning to address the energy crisis related to gas supply highlights the need for a supply and storage facility..Until those caverns are in play we will need a regasification vessel and it makes sense to convert a vessel in quick fashion to alleviate what is almost an emergency situation.I would not be surprised to see more than one of these regasification vessels positioned around are coasts ie Belfast Barrow .The MARINE LICENCE is a must now .

A tanker being towed across front Canada and a 3.5 month stay with little detail.Hints at a conversion to a regasification vessel.A short term gas solution until the caverns are built.A deal struck to import lng to the UK and the Meridian deal for an regasification vessel around Barrow is I assume still on the table..I recall it was mentioned on here that dredging work was underway around Barrow.I cannot envisage a tanker not able to be repaired or worked on in Canada or the USA so something else has to be the answer.
I'm still reasonably confident that a nigeria /UK gas deal has been signed and woods coffee morning at no 10 was linked to this.Something behind the scenes is playing out and the movement of shares with significant round figure trading suggests a transfer of shares and whomever is picking them up is part of the plan.let's hope it plays out soon although infa is being guarded Im sure they are putting out little hints..

Boris Johnson may well be a bull****ting prat but he will have pressure applied by those that know the seriousness of our gas supply.I'm fairly confident that nigerias president Buhari will likely have discussed his abundance of gas just down the coast in West Africa.I still think the Marine licence has been used as a stalling tool until everything is in place.Let's see how this unfolds but looking at the change in infa trading something is starting to play out.
