I've watched trading lovely recently and it's clear that shares are bing shifted .With the company offering zilch in the way of updates so one would assume there would be no interest in the shares.Trading looks different over the last couple of weeks and the chart looks positive in my view.

Pushing the sp up on little volume .another sign accumulation is over..All seated at the table .just need the first serving.

I don't suppose harl are too interested in the normal pi it's the institutions they are courting so although the low attendance at Methil is a message from PI.s Woody won't be fussed.

Early days but I wonder if the accumulation is complete.Directors securing their wages in shares.Let's hope things are unfolding.

I've thought that there has been an accumulation of shares at close to the bid .it may be shares moving from one entity to another.The spread is discouraging buyers but the accumulating is still going on in my view.I think news may have leaked and there is an urgency to get the accumulation completed..I doubt we will hear anything from clon until that process is over.

Well somebody feels confident enough to buy .maybe it is the directors shifting their new found shares and ones they already hold to another entity..clon NEEDS a partner on whatever they get involved in and legally they have an interest in Ghana albeit without ratification.
No more important that oil and gas in Africa is developed and exported so Africa can get dollars in.

Trading can be matched up with trades earlier in the week.looks to me like shares are being accumulated from a larger holder .the buying and selling of shares doesn't look to me like it's small PI trading.

Re buying ...let's not forget the top table at clontarf have just boosted their shareholding significantly.heads up?

No doubts that there is buying and it's been steady for many months.I would suspect that clon will partner be it in bolivia or ghana so maybe that's where the accumulation is stemming from.When is the big question, it won't go on forever.

Gas storage is even more highlighted now given the uncertainties around the world .Let's hope the island magee project hasn't been dithered over and an African supply of gas has been the plan with a supply and related infastructure in place.I would like to think that the government has put the plan in place but is party animal Boris up to the task.

Well it seems strange that for a company that seems like a no hope there are still buys going in.Surely not blind punts.

When this was taken from the old board and the new team came in it seemed strange to me .secure the gas caverns and set up the shipbuilding /engineering side for someone to step into and take on...killik raising percentage collecting for takeover company.gas cavern FID would logically come after any takeout.Just my take on things.

Where do they get the placing money .Not from you and I but from monecor etc who flip the shares.we don't fund the company .Clontarf have very poor investor relations and for me we small PI,s are of little importance but of course you have your opinion and I have mine .we all believe our own truth.

Shareholders really aren't high on the list of priorities for the board .Shareholders come and go .They will šlag the board and company off..Do you really believe that the company exists for you and I..The board have a major holding in this company and it hasn't come from buying in the open market...The boards endeavours care in their interest not ours .we will benefit by clinging to their coat tails.

Expect some good news we haven't had a placing for a while

Pauly .i share your frustration and it seems like nothing is happening but they won't tell us anything until the time is right.Clontarf doesn't exist for the likes of you or I .Looking at the amount of shares the directors have its in THEIR interest to get the share price higher and some deal over the line.I would assume a deal whereby they sell off the ghana asset, if it ever gets ratified ,would be the sensible thing to do and effectively the asset is indirectly ratified for a large incoming entity..Then concentrate on bolivia.Their percentage can't be sold realistically through the open market so some shareholder value deal looks on the cards...If feels like a steady accumulation of shares has gone on for such a long time ,certainly since the money raise and monecor dump.Something will have to give eventually but I agree the wait can be painful.

The accumulation of shares by the directors over time does suggest a very healthy outcome here.
