Dilution for £2.5M this side of a possible RTO has a massive impact on it's current trading price, that's why it's share price is stagnant, the MCAP is still £2.1M after funding, no investors are interested, i wonder why. A £2.5M fundraise post RTO would be peanuts but that can't happen as they've no choice, they're already £4M in debt and have no options, they've had to raise £2.5M to keep the company afloat. they'll be more dilution along the way.

What you need to keep on the back burner is that 3% of nothing is nothing, we've funded a dream so far, i honestly hope it comes good. If The lease from Claystone to UPSA had any viable value the Aussie's would be all over it, they have more mining/investment experience than the UK, That obviously states that Oz aren't interested and wouldn't fund it. AMG have had to take a high interest 'payday loan' to keep the wheels rolling, that's before any mining has even taken place.

With such a small volume of trades this price will stay where it's at, there isnt't any interest from big investors as there's no confidence in the RTO, all the big players have sold up and moved on, its even reflected in the last TR1, not sure why everybody can't see that. Those of us that are still invested are taking a huge risk, the Big players won't.

Read the RNS's he had above 4M now has 2M shares, nothing to do with any dilution he's sold 50% of his shares.

Now there's a vote of no confidence if ever i've seen one.

i sold at 34p

bought 3 x number of shares for 8p, i wish i'd leant my lesson, still, i've gained the difference in volume which you and many haven't, however it aint going anywhere, we all know that now.

Just tried to sell 25000 shares, offered 6.725p, suggests that the only thing that's incorrect is the 'ask' price, should be 7.0p.

Everything below 7.25p ia sell, that's obvious.

Every spike has been a failed project, so far.

So the company losses last year were £3.5M the year before that was £1.5M, so by the time the company debt has been seviced, they'll be no funds from the loan to invest in the company and it's 'projects' that continually fail?
