Why dont they just float on The ASX same as all the other Australian mining companies?

Hi all, just a quick one, this is an extract from THe RNS dated 10th Sept, 'Therre is no certanty the aquisition will compete' and it also states 'Inter Alia' which is Latin for 'amongst other things'

"The Proposed Acquisition remains subject, inter alia, to completion of certain due diligence and regulatory approvals. There is no certainty that the Proposed Acquisition will complete. In addition, completion of the Proposed Acquisition would be conditional on, inter alia"

This raises another question, why would a massive mining asset in Australia be interested in AMG who really have nothing to offer, have no experience in mining or running a profitable company. AMG consists of a rented office in London which consists of 4 directors and between 2 and 6 employees. Australia is one of the biggest mining nations in the world so they are very experienced in funding and extraction. why would they be interested in AMG, they bring absolutely nothing to the table.

I've been unfortunate to have been invested for about 7 yrs alongside Carmzy and AK and others. MNRG andAMG projects have failed miserably on every occasion. Their debt last year was circa £4M, the year before £2M bearing all that in mind i voted 'No' this morning then sold up. The £6M of debt is basicallty their wages.

Ditched my 20,000 shares today at an average of 33.4p, i could've bought them back at 32.0p increasing my leverage, i'll wait and see, probably drop to 5p between now and December, i might bag 20,000 shares for £1K.

Totally agree with you Carmzy, just had a look on companies house website, the company was known as ZIPNRG from 2006, changed To MNRG 2016, out of the 17 Directors over that time 13 had resigned. Says it all really, you can change a leopards name but not its spots.

TBH Geraint i'd wish i'd sold at 52p and made a small profit, but as i said i'd written the cost off anyway so thought what the hell :)

Rolf was the Senior Director at both MNRG then AMG, he knew too much about the financial debacle, he was paid off handsomely to resign and keep his mouth shut.

I really hope it makes £1 i'll have doubled my money, as i've already said i'd already written off my 20,000 shares.

They hit 75p twice between 2018/2020, i have nothing to gain but thought id let the punters know what they are dealing with , its all in black and white on Hargreaves Lansdown website.

They were known as MNRG, they changed the name after multiple failures.

Well ive had 20000 shares with them fof 7 yrs.

A quick refresher on this company, i unfortunately bought in around 2018 circa 50p, they dropped to 0.2p so i wrote them off at a loss, it seems every project they have been involved with has either failed or not produced any value to the investors, however along the way the BOD have drawn a massive wage, never paid a dividend and the BOD have never invested in their own company. i hope it goes somewhere but i wouldnt hold my breath, if ure invested above 40p i'd cut my losses and invest in a decent company with a track record, this is only based on my history over 7 years.
