So the 'new company' will consist of AMG and UPSA, both have no history of digging a hole and turning a profit, if it was viable the Big Boys would be all over it as they have credability/ funding if it's required.

They will need circa £3M to get it started, i think you'll find that is funding. They wont be able to raise anything like that.

There is no 'gold or stock' as yet, that's my issue, not a shovel or pick has hit the ground under GUN, it probably never will, Mr Strang will be 'offered' a profit on his ivestment, probably by Richmond Hill and the profits will dissapear. GUN will then 'issue equity' again, the same as he's done for the last 10 years. Dilution, dilution, dilution, he's made a fortune out of it.

The crooks of it are, the big investment companies have made millions, because they knew it was ramped with dodgy PR, they time it to the minute,The minions have had to pay for their gains, that's where your money has gone, somebody's pension fund, not yours.

Stiffy, please explain your last comment, GUN was or still is, affiliated with MET1 and Richmond Hill, both are believed to high risk PR scams, strangely enough through advertising campaigns on this LSE website alongside MAST which has lost small investors millions. So you'd sell shares at the bottom end in a company you've got investments in, that makes sense.

I think you'll find thats circa industry standard, even quicker if the supposed value of gold holds yields that are worth mining.

So i'd suggest a week to digitise historic findings, a fortnight to carry out samples then a fortnight to get mining and milling rigs in place, call it 2 months, we should be seeing mining finds about now really?

This company over the last 10 years has achieved nothing, they've released a random RNS, purely for imbeciles that haven't done any homework, they have no company assets and have tagged on to another couple of projects that have no value either

Because you can still make profit selling on a fall and buying on a rise, it's a slower gain admittedly but at least it's a gain, sitting on a toxic share is just stupid, i've done it enough times.

What does that actually mean?

I you read the RNS's of both companies regarding updates of both projects they are very similar, 'Digitising Historic data' for future drill programmes which does not commit to anything, for all we know it's already been 'raped' it does excite shareholders though i guess. Id say we are all being taken for a digitised ride to nowhere, i hope i'm wrong.

So Hamish is releasing equity in GUN to buy shares in RHS, so basically he's sending himself wages at the cost of dilution to shareholders?

I'd of thought it wouldv'e been a requirement to state it's the same director and has obviously has a conflicting issue.
