Take your point Bumble but that causes issues with the conversion of land for food as well as the possibility of natural gas reformation.
Miscanthus grass seems to be something farmers are being incentivised to produce which will end up in Drax to be burnt further reducing grass for sustainable beef production.
There are co2 emissions from the reformer process either way. Excess renewables to electrolise water probably is better but someone will have to crunch the climate damage numbers.

Direct Methanol fuel cell emits water and CO2 as a by product verses the H2 fuel cell, how will this meet the environmental issues?
Solid cell is RandD product so a few steps backwards, when has the technical development gone to schedule?
Look at the previous half and end of year reports and put in an achieved, failed and never heard of again bubble and report back the totals because there hasn’t been much that’s been successful within the timeframes given.

Aimmillionaire, ITM are making commercial sales of their electroliser tech.
AFC have have one “at cost” unit for ExtremeE, Acciona no idea, Julich again no idea and no further commercial interest in the liquid product. Mace…..nothing yet either.
ABB are interested in the solid but that hasn’t even been released as a prototype and available 2023 should it work as expected.
Alkamem all quiet on all fronts.
So do AFC have a product that people want or not? There has been no word on the sales, new products lines or anything else for that matter.
I see certain posters are lubing up the board to say it’s alright, next years fine for news…..
