DGR I don’t believe this is the case. No point in arguing the matter.
But if you want to post the legislation that states that’s the case I’m happy to read it.

DHR that is a stock behaviour not a rule, typical when the dividend is of a low single digit number.
This is a whole different ball game as the semi expected percentage is high and the share price already deflated due to the SMO/war.
All bets are off if the end comes and sanctions lifted.
