Also Germany see this as an attack on critical energy infrastructure and they have taken Gazprom Germany assets into trust and taken over control. So not as simple as you would like to portray.

If your a large shareholder why would you need a nominee account? Extra charges annually and no benefit.
Nominee accounts work for small PIs allowing faster trading completions. The 11% will I guess be large holders.

Blue, the only control you have in any matters related to this company is the option to buy or sell. PIs have not clout with the holdings they have. All your bluster is a waste of time in matters relating to what will happen.
