Regarding Ocado Retail, the business has already returned to pre-pandemic levels of service, with good slot availability, edit order the day before delivery by 17.25 and accepting new customers.
There is every indication that the business can continue to grow organically and gain market share as new capacity is added - this is the Ocado business model.
Ocado Solutions will always be cash hungry, it costs a lot to fund new CFC's, new cash rounds are a fact of life - as they are with all growth companies - the point is that the pot gets bigger with every cash range, so dilution isn't a significant factor - as we observed last June when £1 billion was raised and the SP hardly changed.
