The RNS regarding the Golden Eagle Acquisition on 4th Feb 2021 stated the following -

Are we likely to be updated regarding the debt restructuring and equity raise tomorrow?

Presumably Suncor will want their cash due for completion, the equity raise was announced to pay for that, payment must be imminent.

The main thing is that it does have the potential to get to that level - looking at many of the smaller AIM companies, its obvious that they will never make it into the big time and just rise for a few months and then fall right back with the next fundraise - TRX looks set to dodge that trend because they are growing to meet market demand with innovative products that their market demands - hence the similarity to ITX.

I don't think that we can learn anything from todays drop in the SP - the whole market is down with very few exceptions.

Both specialist companies with unique products offered to lots of customers on a repeat basis - the momentum builds sales over a period of time.

Yes, I would agree - both companies are supplying unique products to multiple customers with a very high likelihood of plenty of repeat orders - a good recipe for growth.

Yes, looks like a long term hold here and with the impressive new management team starting to build their holding, things can only get better.
Companies on the verge of making the leap from penny share status are massive wealth builders for private investors and should be a part of all investors long term portfolio - you won't always get it right but when you do - wow! - ITX for example.

Its all about promoting Ocado Retail, post pandemic first - maybe subsequent ads will mention the M&S range.

Two points -
The reduction from last April 11.88% to 8.24% this April indicates a strengthening of Ocado Groups overall financial position as revenue from Ocado Solutions projects starts to flow.
The slight increase last month is simply a reflection of stock market trends.

As for shorts being burnt - that is rather dramatic - these are mainly small positions, not showing on short tracker - not held for more than a few weeks - and they will be well hedged - also I guess a fair few of them closed their positions last Friday - hence the rise in the SP.

Next week looks good - NASDAQ and FTSE100 futures are well up at the moment - could be strong bounce.

We have seen a slight increase in shorts during April.
I guess this reflects the opportunism of shorts as tech shares become less popular this year.
Jan 2021 - 7.79%, Feb 7.68%, March 7.74%, April 8.24%.

The headline shorts on short tracker are hardly changed at 0.5%.

This I think indicates that the shorts that make up less than 1% of the 8.24% are short term trades.
The main bulk of the 8.24% - the percentage has reduced from 11.88% since last April - is probably positions taken out by bond holders.

The whole concept of Cryptocurrency seems irrational to me, but just out of interest, does anyone here trade Cryptocurrency?

Debt is only a problem if you cannot afford to repay it - if that happens the vultures will circle and pick over the bones - by the time the equity holders come to get their share even the bones would have gone.

This is the irrational fear that drives the market and a failure to impress over a long period makes it worst - hence low SP's for oil companies. The problem is even worst when the SP for a company continues to fall for a long period.

I agree with romaron that there is light at the end of the tunnel and Enquest will bounce back - the bounce is from a very low level so when it happens the SP will go much higher than even the most optimistic forecasts but we need two green lights Enquest and Brent.
