It would be nice to think that, but I was expecting much more progress last week with a build towards 24-25p but it just fizzled out by Friday and now it seems to be heading down again, despite the fact that ENQ is highly profitable with Brent at these levels and clearly undervalued.

There is certainly good vigour in the SP, though I suspect that most of that is traders pumping and dumping.
The key thing with penny shares breaking out is share liquidity and that is clearly too high at the moment - not enough shares is sticky hands, even though roughly half are with large shareholders and directors .
Its impossible to predict when this will change, results will obviously help over the next few years and the potential is there but patience is the key but it will happen eventually unless we see a takeover.

Volume was good at the start of last week but dropped away badly on Friday.
So far today its still not inspiring, we usually see good early trade on a Monday morning when Brent is trading well and although Brent is slightly down its still close to the 2 year high.
But, the whole oil sector is down, with even BP performing no better than Enquest.
Even the traders, apart from a few hardy souls, seem to have lost interest in oil.

Their system does its own mapping, not GPS - basically the driver is taken from drop to drop by the delivery vehicle controlled by command software developed by oxbotica - it can be fitted to any vehicle.

Ocado have recently purchased an interest in Oxbotica that should help solve any issues that drivers have navigating and finding properties.
The tech looks very interesting and a number of other high profile investors look set to benefit.

Just think how impracticable it would be having to transport batteries from the UK back to a recycling centre in say Germany or even China - it would be much easier to transport unicorn manure, at least that doesn't catch fire.

Yes, I have seen all that but scaling all that up, not just in the UK and Europe but around the world simply doesn't look like a practical proposition and the costs involved will be prohibitive.

Unprofitable High Street stores are closing and being replaced by modern out of town stores, mostly concentrating on food.

The point is that the board is very proactive, not just sleep walking into oblivion like Debenhams or running around like headless John Lewis chickens.

Having said all that this is a long term hold - 3-5 years - but the potential is there.

The main issue here is that manufacturers and Governments have adopted EV's without a thought to solving the problems that will be created and although the tech is improving all the time there is still no end of useable life plan for EV batteries.

Unless there is a recycling plan for the manufacturer or for local authorities to pick up the bill then I guess it will be up to the vehicle owner to pay to have the vehicle recycled - imagine how many vehicles will be dumped in the countryside.

If you have been investing for that long you should realise the value of a contrarian investment and with just a little research it is obvious that M&S are moving forward now and look set to build profits over the coming years.

The biggest issue with EV's is construction and disposal - especially of the batteries - that's the problem.
Actual mileage cost in emissions will obviously depend on the source of electricity.

There seems to be no plan to deal with the batteries after use - they are exceptionally difficult to recycle and the lithium tends to catch fire in them when they are being dismantled.

The only option, as I see it, would be to oblige manufacturers to correctly fully recycle the batteries - that cost would probably need to be passed on to consumers and could make a big difference to the cost price of EV's, which are currently expected to become cheaper than petrol and diesel cars to produce over the next five years or so.

The following document has just been posted on the US Patent Portal - it outlines Ocado's case against AutoStore.

If true, and there is no reason to doubt, it seems that AutoStore are in deep water with the US authorities and could end up in the civil courts.

Ocado are pushing their links to Kroger with great effect - this document is a must read and makes an exceptionally strong case for Ocado and the great benefit Kroger will bring to US citizens with Kroger CFC's.
