If you're long on this, best to look at this board for comedy value only. Look in 2-3 years at the share price. With more certainty the following will happen, shorters disappear between 30 - 50p, between 50p - £1 - Day traders reduce and there will be more certainty in the SP and the RNS will have more value.
What are we looking for tomorrow?? - The correct direction of travel for the business a positive messaging around the strategy and future leadership. for the LTH's like me, I want to see a plan to return to profit, FCF and some guidance around dividends and the ability to service/pay down the remaining debt. We get those things in place and there is not reason why this shouldnt increase to >£1 in the mid term
Looking at the fundamentals this share is hideously undervalued. Comparing to their peer group, Capita should be trading closer to £1 as a minimum. I feel there is still a lot of risk priced into the current SP and a re-introduction of dividends will set this on the way. Fundamentals never lie and the mid to long term outlook is bright.
I tell you, IMHO.........The more I repeat IMHO after every post the more you will believe this to be true! 14p, I tell you, sell up now, you know it IMHO, please..... pretty please..... oh ok then... one last time...... IM(dis)HO
The direction of travel here is only heading to one decision for investors. There is a lot of noise on this board, but look at the key information, Long term contract wins, significant order book renewal, cost reductions....Remember this was a share in transition with huge amounts of debt. That transition is nearly over and the next phase is further savings, profit improvement, dividends being restored. Long term this share should be sat around £1 minimum with >5% annual divs.
A good solid set of results in what has been a long turning of the supertanker. If you are here expecting an overnight re-rating of the share price in my opinion, overnight will be 3-5 years. A good buy and a strong hold for any long portfolio. Soon enough the shorts will disappear and this will be a solid share price sitting somewhere between £1-£2 minimum with decent dividends. With the type of FCF projections into the future the dividends are likely to come back in 2024 onwards. The acid test for this share is not, post disposals how the growth comes and in what shape. Remember, they are sitting on a long-term order book that some companies can only dream of, so the risk associated with this is getting lower by the day. There will be a lot of noise from the shorter, BB posters today. Look at what they post on shares, that's their model, crack on, some other share will benefit from their "advice" in the future. My advice here is to hold, go long and you will get the rewards.
This share is long hold every day of the week. With a fair wind the entry price now will be the dividend in in 5-10 years. There will always be noise, but the trajectory of this is only going up. Number of steps, 30p, 50p, 80p, £1.20........ Interesting watching the shorters freak out as we go.
