Cheers sd, not so sure though mate as why would they have bothered with TGL at all. If they didn't want GOS into aim (at least to start with) wouldn't IK and his investors have just bought GOS privately pending CQCL launch and then merged them at a later date?

Hedge do you think they are going to leave news right up till dec end to maximise time? Cqcl raising 50m can only be a good thing i can see. Although been very quiet re gos of late.

Hadnt expected no news at all. I thought that the aim rules meant that we had to have both the year end results and the ruling on the investment criteria today.

Quiet at the moment, but T-10 max trading days for YE2014.

1 month max now to year end results. I am convinced they are ready but being held back so that all the fireworks are let off at the same time. New aquisition, name change, results showing true and fair value for gos & sds. This is the most exciting share i have been in for a long time. Dyor. Gla.

Won't be immaterial at all, its the first time we will get a gos value on the books. If its worth a lot more than our current market cap, could be explosive for the share price. Throw in smart desk, the right to the cqc shares and the strategic outlook to boot and you finally start to get your teeth into whats actually going on under the hood of the new tgl, post gold. We may even finally get the name change. Id say these results will be very important. Imo, dyor, gla.

Very quiet on the news front. bloomberg showing estimate again tommorow (as has done every friday for last 4 weeks) but only an E not a C for confirmed. Technically the have still got 2 months according to aim rules i think.

Hedge, they have changed it yet again on Bloomberg, it now states Y 2014 Earning Release 04/17/2015. That is the 3rd change, it was the 1st then the 10th and now 17th. As I am in danger of sounding a bid mad I will show what I mean, but it will have to be on ADVFN as you can't post bits here.

Saying that the 1.4's look like B&B ISA trades. But why the drop? unless the MM's are being very sneaky and using the ISA transfer to eek out a few weak sellers and engineer a pre rise drop?

Still no financials and some quite large sells. Something doesnt seem right. Why would they be selling, I dont buy the margin point as the risk vs reward of getting out is minimal. One of three things seems likely, 1. they have been tipped off the news is not so great 2. they are paranoid about the delay, or 3. They need the funds for another reason unrelated to TGL. I really hope it isnt 1.
