Are we going to get some clarity around it in the next few days, as follows: - With a separate company being created how are the Directors of Metminco going to be paid for work on Los Calatos. - Over the years the company has spent hundreds of millions on the development of Los Calatos, CD Capital seems to be getting a deal that is too good on the face of it and doesn't take that into account. - Why is it going to take 3-4 years to bring it up to feasibility. - How are we going to fund our Colombian gold projects. - Why havent we had sign off from the RMB bank, is the massive drop in our share price likely to affect this, considering they are getting shares. - What are the BOD’s comments on our current share price, taking into account the SPP and rights issue prices. Crickey, what an overreaction. Fairly good news I thought, granted could have been better % numbers (70% for $45m was a bit low,) but the market has reacted like a no deal. Los C can now move forward to be sold or developed, 30% of $200m is $60m for goodness sake. Plus any value of our gold assets and our half dead duck molly. Our mk cap of <£6m is just silly. Traders have been in and out and by the looks of it half of them with big losses. Crazy aim as usual. Expect this to recover shortly when sanity returns! All imo, dyor but gla.

There is definetly something going on with all this new attention. Loonies and all. Getting a feeling that following this confirmation on the asset deal and once we get the final bank sign off, we may see the jump. The gold figures cannot be argued with, Miraflores deposit which contains 1.88Moz gold and 3.8Moz silver, estimated in accordance with NI 43-101. Plus the upside potential on either/both jv deals. What is the view regarding our investment into CQCL and the new re Aranco recently. Obviously bearing in mind they agreed to fund it $50 million over the next 2-3 years. 4. When is it expected that shareholders will get to see the accounts for GOS systems and related businesses? 5. Has GOS now been released from the Canadian regulation/reporting requirements it had? 6. Has the following taken place and do we now have shares in CQCL “The convertible preferred shares are convertible into new ordinary shares of CQCL at a price per share that will be 20% below the price per ordinary share paid by CQCL's expected institutional and other investors in a financing that is currently anticipated to occur in 2015” 7. Maybe he too was under the impression GOS + SDS would constitute the required RTO and we would have stayed listed. He has a high profile and possibly the de-listing changed his perspective. Obviously that's speculation. However, as shareholders, I do think they need to be updating us with information if he has left. We are definitely due an update in general. DYOR, GLA

SD, I know what your saying but you can't be sure you would have pulled the trigger, it's easy to say you missed a rise with hindsight. However, what you could not do is buy into this story now even if you wanted to! Yes we don't have a lot to go on yet to speculate if the story will have a good or bad ending, however it's quite cool to be in, IMO. This is what I remind myself of: the unfolding cqcl story, our right to buy shares in it, the fact it got backing for US50m, that there is a link of Mr khan and the prof, the prof and khan's credentials, that gos has kept all its clients, the exclusive encryption rights, the bonus business smart desk systems. It may take time but I have a secret feeling people may say in a year or so, "you lucky people that you managed to be invested in Intelycrypt, how did you manage it?" 1.
