It was most definitely a buy. All trades are timed at the point of execution and at 8.59 am today any sell was .35.... so this at .37 is undoubtedly and purchase. The time of the trade cannot be manipulated by the MM's.

Well that mopped up quite abit of the last few days sells. If we have investors with that kind of fire power picking their spots at anything under 0.4p we know it won't stay this low for very long.

May I ask if you were away on holiday when Scancell announced the Scib1 Combi trial?

Before the pandemic we only had one possible trial centre in the UK, that was Nottingham, do you know why we were only able to agree one Hospital setting?

As you say the future for TRX is now looking very positive. The share price will move upwards as the company begins to share information on sales progress affecting turnover, updates on the new facility in San Antonio, the launch / progress of their new products and the start of the white label manufacture deal.

The USA is still massively affected by Coronavirus and that will mean alot of surgery will have to be put on hold.
The potential in Europe must be better as the pandemic seems to have been contained somewhat.

We don't know what these effects will have on TRX over the next year but we do know that the production capacity will be double or treble with the new kit and trained personnel in place.

As to your question of where the sp could be this time in 2022, I would say definitely over 1p (£70m Mcap) and dependant on turnover / profit figures as high as 1.5p (£105m Mcap).

How the companys future is perceived by the market will have a big influence on sentiment and that will translate on to the shareprice.

There will be quite times where there is no news and the sp will fall but generally over two years it should at least double and possibly treble, fingers crossed.

So I've been doing some gardening and reflecting on this morning / early afternoons exchanges. I have listened to both camps from the maybe 2p to the rather speculative £8 to £10 range.

So my insight focuses on a very clear question :

Will we make 7p by the end of next week?

My point was that we will not see those high valuations for years. What we want and need is positive momentum towards the SCIB1 Combi and the MODI1 trials getting into the clinic. Let's face it, an AvidiMab deal bringing in so much needed cash would really just be funding for those trials, at this time.
I remember the price hitting a spike of 35p and it happened over days not weeks or months. So back into the clinic with patients dosed is about a far as I'm aiming at present.

If both successful and an offer arrives then we could start to think of bigger numbers.

Still, I would love to be at that £200 a share party....

May I just say that I don't think the SP will reach £8 anytime soon, maybe in 5-7 years as the various platforms in various cancers successfully past phase III trials.

But I would love to be at that party....lol

But that means you will potentially miss out if in the next two months there is an AvidiMab sign up. I've taken more shares now to cover that possibility but will partake in any placing, if we're allowed it might be Institutional investors only, I hope not.

Explain.

A share price is all about sentiment and perception. The current 6p range I see as a close to the bottom you may see the potential for it to drop to 2p, it's about how you process the information to hand.
Scancell to my mind has incredible platforms and the fact that not a lot of investors currently understand that leaves me in a position to keep gathering more shares. If we face a placing I will buy the maximum amount possible because the money will go straight to the company and push the science past possibility and into reality.

With the current lack of trials the share price is at the mercy of market sentiment. Many potential investors will see that Scancell's SP is cheap but lack the enthusiasm to buy because of the continual past delays and lack of commercial revenue from partnership's or licensed deals.

However, as we recieve news of the start of the forthcoming approved trials (as soon as CV-19 allows) the interest in Scancell will be shown in a rise in the SP. When we potentially hear that one of the AvidiMab collaborators has penned a deal that will propel the SP past 10p.

So the current SP is extremely cheap if you believe that Scancell will eventually commercialise the science in some way.

Having initially bought in at 22p and 27.5p I have always averaged down and took full advantage of the 3.8p and 4.8p and the current 6p share prices.

We all know that the other side of this lack of trials will be an SP double the the current range. Anyone buying at the moment is positioning themselves very well considering what the next 3 to 6 months could mean for Scancell getting back into trials.

Yes, I realised after I'd posted. I know what I was trying to say.

'Lindy and Co know how there science translates from lab to humans with the success of SCIB1' so if its working OK in their humanised mouse models it should have no major issues it working in humans.

I think we can write 2020 off regarding data but if we can get into trials before the end of the year that would be a good starting place, the necessary data to say if its working could be collected and announced by the Spring of 2021.

This should have all happened this year, that's just another frustration along this road.

Have to agree that there is the pitfall of being totally convinced that Scancells science is the the best thing since sliced bread without truly understanding how it fits into the overall picture. We all know that we need these upcoming trials sooner rather than later.

What I'm still struck by is the lab results from the Moditope platform where the cancer was completely swept away. We know that the mechanism works in humans because of the SCIB1 success. Although we have been hampered for 4 years getting MODI1 into the clinic there still isn't anything that comes near to the potential of the Moditope platform as a whole.

So I'm afraid I am bound to Scancell because I want to be part of this discovery when that illusive data actually gets published and it shows that human cancers can be dissolved by this amazing Moditope science.

Those of us that kind of understand what Scancells science actually does and have become committed plus following thale science over the last 6 to 8 years, we have endured many false horizons.

Scancell the company have not had a good solid run at gathering funds and executing trials. Every time it seemed we had reached that value defining moment another dilemma is thrown across our path.

At some point Scancell will announce trial results and let's presume they are as we expect, outstanding, some new investors will come on board as the share price rises and wonder what all the fuss is about because their investment will just be growing in value.

So, if we do indeed face the prospect of a placing as long as the path forward is laid out and means trials + trials, I also hope it's open to everyone as I already have a sum in mind that I will invest.

I always temper my frustration with the fact that if the FDA had passed Ichors TriGrid 2 we would not be having these conversations and the business could be worth 100's of millions at this time. But they did stop it in its tracks for two years.

You are probably quite correct, when Verona Pharma listed on the Nasdaq it was at a multiple to the UK price. At the moment its trading at £0.49 on AIM but its ADR on Nasdaq is $5.69

So TRX could consolidate and list using an ADR multiple as the above example.

We will be in a much happier position if and when that happens. In the meantime I do think that its time to check out for a few days.
So unless there is some dramatic action I'm going to chill out for a few days.

I've been through a couple of consolidations one was Oxford Biomedica which was very successful and Verona Pharma that wasn't. Ouch

I think TRX will consolidate and list in the US but only when making substantial profits and the current share price has risen to say 2p ( £140m MCap). A 100/1 consolidation being £2.00 per share ( 70m shares ). So hopefully in 2 years time but more likely to be in 3 to 4 years time.

I don't think companies can list on the main US markets when the share price is in pennies or cents it has to be 'X' number of dollars.

If a consolidation is done for the right reasons and the underlining strength of the company is sound there is no reason why the price would fall. It's all about demand.

Good interview and it basically strengthens my view that they already know who they are going to do deals with and they also know how soon. There is a very good chance of news by the middle of July.
