Would the price be held back while those potential Options buys are filled ?

This definitely being held back, there is a range boundary and lots of small sells around 120 shares that bounce in when there are decent buys.

But why keep it range bound, whats the point ??

Cash in hand (£12.6m) enough for at least 12 months.

Possible milestone payments before then from Fosun and potential deals in other jurisdictions for CTX and RP. CTX also possible to be used for Huntington's Disease.

Exosomes deals, collaborations to conclude in minimum 6 months max 12 months, should result in deals and up front payments.

The RP trial data is solid, robust and proving up to be an amazing platform. Next set of trials will see improved outcomes with increased dose regimens leading to a pivotal trial to start end 2021 early 2022, prior to seeking approval. Will be an Open Label trial so data can be reported as it is produced.

Competitors using Gene Therapy can only target between 2% and 3% of whole RP patients, RENE can treat virtually all suffers.

RP just one of many eye conditions that could benefit from this type of Stem Cell technology.

The company is now poised on the edge of extremely valuable commercial deals and enter a very important and exciting 18 months.

After the recent slow moves downwards, peppered with many 1000 share sales, it's good to see this steady upwards pressure.

Does feel odd as it's a complete switch of sentiment so maybe some loose chatter from them's that know....??

You have every rite to post your opinion but I'm not accepting they way you have popped up and given your appraisal that reads like you have done no research and no critical thinking. What gives you the idea that this is a lifestyle company or that the directors have not done the best they could. Where is your argument?

Read the many posts on this board that explain how a major share holder influenced the direction of the company, ultimately ending up with the buy out of CellRight in the US. Then just when the company needed more finance due to growing too quickly that same shareholder got into trouble and bailed.

So come on Jonnyrod if you are invested and angry at the way things have turned out, then say so. With a £14m to boost the company there is better than 50/50 chance that with a growing yearly profits they should reach breakeven before the cash is gone.

I'm basing all my comments on what we know and what has been placed in the public domain.

Thank you for in depth analysis.

None of us here for the last 5 years thought of that possibility. We should have done more research into how the company got into the position it did.

I am surprised at the difference from the Hype before Aprils Quarterly and the subdued SP heading towards Wednesday night.

I know S. Beetham with the proposition that due to Newcrest gathering a war-chest at that, there could possibly be a buyout attempt at circa 11p, did cause a lot of drama last time, but still, we are about to have even more reinforcing news on the Scope, Scale and Quality of Havieron. With Updates on everything that has been drilled and assayed up to June 30th.

I also think there is a good argument for Newcrest to want to give out as much detail as possible to placate their own shareholders.

So could Wednesday nights report be a Damp Squib ...... Well I Say -- "No Way Jose"--

I mentioned that could be their intention but then when you think more deeply about it you would have to reason, who would they sell to and when.

It's not going to happen anytime soon because as a functioning company TRX have a lot of work ahead bringing online the new manufacturing facility.

Let's presume there is someone in the wings who would like to own TRX, the question is why did they not take advantage of the recent bargin basement 0.25p.

Could it simply be that these two buyers are taking advantage of the low price because they can see a near term (within 18 months) doubling or trebling of the price. On the right set of RNS announcements we could reach 1p in that time frame. So they may well just see TRX as a very solid investment.

Lets face it TRX is a company with excellent products in an area of medicine that is growing year on year and obtaining very profitable margins.

The reason anyone of us has bought TRX is
because we all want a return on our investment. If you are convinced that TRX is going to grow with the £14m they now have at their disposal then in one year from now the SP should be double, where else can you see that kind of return.

It is unclear why Rene have not announced the date that the year end report is to be RNS'd. With the Share Investors presentation next Tuesday night I would have expected an announcement for year end by now.

The fact that they haven't is intriguing, as we have said it may be nothing, but, the original Exosomes collaboration is now close to 18 months old.

Plenty of time to say it works or not.

So I'm expecting an RNS at at time. I will be surprised if we still have heard nothing by Tuesdays close.

Good call on your buy.... shows good instincts. The MM's can make things look the opposite of what is really happening, well we now know that some people with deep pockets are choosing to put their risk capital into Tissue Regenix rather that somewhere else. That has to calm all our collective nerves......... : )

We were told that they work in unison and over the last 4 weeks their joint holding has risen to just over 24.5%. Maybe they have longer term plans?

Could be to gain control and force a sale or they just have incredible confidence that TRX is going to become a major player in the tissue regeneration and replacement market.

The next 18 months could see some amazing growth in turnover which will impact the share price .

Private investor Richard Griffiths has increased his holding from 6.4% to over 10%.

So we can now be confident that 97.2m trade was a buy. Between him and Lombard Odier they are building a substantial holding.

I can have a go at answering but if I miss anything I am sure someone will fill in the blanks.

When the trial got underway they accepted some patients that had the potential to fail surgery due to some frailty or damage in that area at the back of the eye. Rene said later that will no longer consider patients with those kinds of complications. Considering the options for those patients you can understand why they would still take the gamble but it did not help Rene's stats.

Anyhow, of the two patients that had surgical complications one unfortunately lost sight completely but the other has now recovered back to their original base line, thank goodness.

The most important lesson that Rene have learnt is to ensure to best of their ability that the trial patients eyes are in a good enough health to make a full recovery from the surgery. Once the procedure becomes a treatment that decision will be between the patient and their surgeon, some will still go ahead due to their particular prognosis.

This last update was excellent as we now know for certain that the effects do not disappear and are still going strong after 18 months in at least that first patient. Whats to come is increased doses and at some point 'both eyes'. So lots of data and progression still ahead.

We all knew this would be messy but even I thought it would extremely stormy for a month and then settle to an upwards direction. The way the trading is being range bound makes me consider some manipulation from the MM's to fill some pre-ordered buys. We can but sit on the sidelines while the money talks.

What I would say is, if you are going to bail out once the SP hits 0.45p, I think and this is dependant on the strength of that rise, you should consider your position carefully. It might just be on its way to 0.5 or 0.6p.

Only a thought I'm sure you will consider the state of play at that time.

On RP I am thinking in terms of when the current trial and the next phase of increased doses is all concluded RENE are going to apply to the FDA for the final pivotal study.
The approval from the FDA will be mid 2021.

That approval will be a very significant and SP moving point. I would expect at that point either the sp is in the £'s or a deal with large pharma or an offer for the company.

Depends on how amazing the data is when the dose can be doubled or trebled.

Right now we need a move forward on Fosun or Exosomes and with the Shares Investors Evening only 3 trading days away I am expecting an RNS at any moment between now and then.

It is intriguing why they have delayed the announcement of the year end report.

That trade represents 1.4% of the stock, so I would say it's one of our large investors and we will see a holdings RNS.

Whether it's a buy or a sell is difficult because for a buy you would need to go back and see where the MM's had picked up so many shares under that price to give them a margin, unless it's done just on fees alone.

5% fee is still £15k for basically doing paperwork.

If it was a sell of that magnitude I would expect the price to have been 0.3p or below as its huge compared to recent trades.

The only other thing is if it's a technical move of shares with no trades attached.

Q: Can MM's pass shares to each another ?

So not knowing the answer to my own question, on balance I would go with 'it's a buy' and expect a Holdings RNS.

Inanaco was earlier discussing the value of a successful MODI1 in just one cancer, Ovarian.

So when he said that 60p or achieving current MCap of £279m he was commenting on the fact that on a successful trial outcome in just one condition £279m was not that much of a stretch considering the potential market value.

Now, if you still are unable to joint the dots for yourself I do suggest that you refrain from these lines of attack because it is making you look ever so slightly 'out of sink'.

I appreciate your concern and it makes me uncomfortable that he has recently taken a fairly large position in one of my other holdings. I will keep a very wary eye out for any selling with his name on.

We're all waiting here on Rene to confirm something commercial, even if it is the first milestone payment from Fosun or a signed up exosome deal.

The RP trial is going to be very significant to the SP when we reach mid 2021 but it would be very welcome to hear something commercially positive sooner rather than later.
