GGP is a gold exploration company, who own a prospect called Havieron.
Having hit good gold mineralisation Newcrest Mining agreed a Joint Venture. Newcrest because of their own needs have blitzed through 2 to 3 years development in just over 12 months and are committed to achieving a Maiden Resource Estimate around October / November 2020 and the licences to start a Decline towards the mineralisation in early 2021.
Due to the use of public Satellite images this board is fully aware of each move by the 9 drilling rigs currently employed on site.
The potential gold in terms of the millions of ounces has grown and grown. The word on the street is that this could be an extraordinary large and very mineable Tier 1 resource. We are due further updates on outstanding drill cores by Mid September and the next Newcrest quarterly report by the end of October. The last nine sets of drill core reports have been exceptional and the way Newcrest are continuing to press the ground teams to 24/7 there is no sign that reports 10 or 11 will be any different.

So what is expected over the next 2, 4 and 6 months is just more of the same, plus the MRE will define the project making it irresistible to Institutional Investors which is when the share price will move closer to 20 / 25p.

Plus Greatland Gold have many other fully owed prospects including Scallywag which is currently being prepared for prospect drilling. There are some that believe that Scallywag has the potential to be as exciting as Havieron, we can but dream.

Should we expect an RNS update just saying how well the Open Offer was received ?

I do think you are going about problem in an emotional way, the word 'dilution' meaning that something is weaker in force, content or value.

If we break Scancell down into platforms and ascribe a value as if they all belonged to other AIM listed companies.

The Original 'SCIB1' : when Sclp first listed the value was all in this platform and the amount of shares were limited ( 200m ) therefore they acquired a value of 60p at their height.

Now let's value Moditope in isolation as if this was from AN Other Pharma and the they have issued 200m shares at 20p.

Now we can add Scib2 which we can ascribe a value of at least £5m as this is the cost saving by giving it to CRUK to develop.

Now we buy some shares in a new company who have developed AvidiMab and they issue another 200m shares at 10p.

Now we also have another company that is developing a possible TCR with Biontech and the also are in collaboration with the Karolinska University in Sweden and have just patented a platform to use a bio - illuminated mAb to target cancer cells to help surgeons perform better surgical removal of said cancer cells.
They issue 100m shares at 20p.

So in a nutshell each time Scancell has given us for FREE another potential platform the IP value has risen. The fact that the markets or the world do not know how many Aces they are holding is not our problem.

Your interpretation of Dilution is not relevant, all we should be concerned with is what is the increasing potential worth of all Scancells IP, Patents and Approvals once proven......

Four company presentations :

Angle PLC
Open Orphan PLC
Reneuron Group PLC
Scancell Holdings PLC

That's how it listed but not entirely sure of the correct running order.
Each presenter will have just under 30 minutes including any questions and answers so the presentation needs to be slick and well timed.

Also Prof Lindy Durrant is presenting on the 24th, if memory serves that's the Oxford event.

Good question, I have just done the maths on both and the Holdings RNS says that Sally now has a total of 69,623 shares.
So easy to work back that her prior entitlement was 4,856 shares so she has indeed bought some excess shares.

My apologies and thanks for keeping me on the straight and narrow.

Lindy's entitlement was over 800,000 so I'm not to sure whats going on there.

Today's RNS is another indication that the basis of Reneuron's focus is changing or being changed by the larger investors.
The company said it has been ( shall we say ) eased into parking CTX to favour the other two platforms that can be monetised before the current cash runs out.

Exosomes could be proved in animal models and a couple of collaborations signed up in the next few months but as it has already been pointed out on this board, those kinds of partnering deals do not guarantee up front payments. They tend to be targeted laboratory collaborations aimed at a future shared revenue. So until we actually read an RNS that talks about numbers to Rene 'up front' we need to reign in our excitement.

My instincts tell me that Reneuron are actively looking for partners and agreements on Exosomes that will bring in the cash but I won't allow myself to believe it until it is written out in an RNS and announced.

Although I'm cautious about Exosomes bringing in funds in the next 6 months, I am however convinced that the Retinitis Pigmentosa platform will be a huge success especially with the modifications they are implementing for the Ph2a which could still be underway this year Covid permitting. Even if we need to raise £10m to complete the study before we can apply to the FDA for approval, at the point where we need to do a placing we will have more data. So the decision will be a no brainer. This all assumes we are not Partnered or Bought out if the data is that convincing.

At this point I am surprised that we have not had communication from the Scancell management, sharing their combined delight at such a successful Open Offer. The only thing I can think of is that they are waiting until all shareholders are told what excess has been granted.

Could there be other reasons ?

The price could be £8.00 a share if a large pharma company decides that's what its worth.
It may be a £1.00 a share next week on an announcement about Covidity.

A very good point but I always look at the 'Market Capital' value and currently we are priced at roughly £33m and we now have £14m cash, so lets say at this moment the company is worth the 33 + the 14 = £47m.

So come tomorrow the full number of shares excluding the Conversion Loan shares will be 629,127,092 and to maintain that value of £47m we just need 7.5p.

The Scancell IP, Patents, Approvals and Collaborations are worth many more millions and it will only take one positive RNS to change sentiment and bring back the herd. This Open Offer result will bounce around for a few days and I feel confident that the SP will continue to rise as we here from the company, especially when we have Cliff Holloway presenting on the 27th.
