Just for anyone who missed this post or is feeling a little nervous about GGP, you shouldn't be ....

GGP is a gold exploration company, who own a prospect called Havieron.
Having hit good gold mineralisation Newcrest Mining agreed a Joint Venture. Newcrest because of their own needs have blitzed through 2 to 3 years development in just over 12 months and are committed to achieving a Maiden Resource Estimate around October / November 2020 and the licences to start a Decline towards the mineralisation in early 2021.
Due to the use of public Satellite images this board is fully aware of each move by the 9 drilling rigs currently employed on site.
The potential gold in terms of the millions of ounces has grown and grown. The word on the street is that this could be an extraordinary large and very mineable Tier 1 resource. We are due further updates on outstanding drill cores by Mid September and the next Newcrest quarterly report by the end of October. The last nine sets of drill core reports have been exceptional and the way Newcrest are continuing to press the ground teams to 24/7 there is no sign that reports 10 or 11 will be any different.

So what is expected over the next 2, 4 and 6 months is just more of the same, plus the MRE will define the project making it irresistible to Institutional Investors which is when the share price will move closer to 20 / 25p.

Plus Greatland Gold have many other fully owed prospects including Scallywag which is currently being prepared for prospect drilling. There are some that believe that Scallywag has the potential to be as exciting as Havieron, we can but dream.

People who don't actually know their facts yet feel able to comment as though they have some divine right to speak are by far worse than someone who presumes they know what someone may or may not think.

Without Inanaco I would never have become so engaged in the actual science.
His industrious digging into the scientific papers kept quite a few of us on our toes when what Scancell were bringing to the fore was very difficult to understand.

Accept that he is a tremendous asset to our board along with some ten or so others who find out about our science, updates on the trials register, patent applications, competition papers and advancements, up coming presentations before they are RNS'd and where we have applied for approvals they are on the ball every time.

So do try to keep your nit picking as light hearted as you can because the rest of us don't have any problem with Inanaco per se.

We have seen a few of these late declared trades and they have not been sells but worked buys over a few days only being reported once complete. I will stick my neck out and say, wait to see if there is a holdings rns tomorrow before you convince yourself that this is indeed a sell.

Yes I've seen the same thing on one of my other investments Greatland Gold.
Some days on there around 2500 trades and 2000 of them very smallish values. I had not really thought about the control you would gain playing the range between the spread.

I would presume the MM's are now working out how to work around any forced manipulation. It will be interesting watching TRX the next few days as today with just a little bit of positive news has produced these many trades.

In my post I was trying to say that all our platforms will now be focused towards their Clinical Trials.
Nothing will stop that from happening because the funds to make it all happen are in place.

This pandemic is messing with all aspects of our lives and preventing our normal course of planning for the future.
However, humanity has to keep on moving forward, we have no choice, so eventually our trials will commence at the earliest possible time allowable.

The AvidiMab potential is different as the early part of any collaborations will be mainly in the labs.

There are some new electronic trading platforms that are on a set monthly fee. All trades are free and there is no minimum, therefore we see these very small trades. Unfortunately its like Kindergarten trading and it will clog up the trading pages and some very tiny trades will move the SP about depending on the spreads.

I think we are just going to have to get used to the high volume of trades and see the total value traded as a tenner...... : )

I hope you don't mind me commenting on this, but now that the funding issue can be put to one side I think ( Covid permitting ) Scancells platforms will all move forward into the clinic as planned. The Covidity platform will be dealt with differently due to the fact that its a collaboration with the two Notts Uni's and the Van Geest Institute. If its looking positive it may well have a big affect on the SP.

As we have always known we just don't know what Lindy and co are up to at any one time, there maybe be another ground breaking science already in development, we will only find out when its fully ready to be birthed.

Like most I only received 21.3% excess and I have been told that the return of my money, which has to come back from the registrar, could take two weeks, which is a joke.

I am hoping the other 78.7% of my cash is returned to my ISA by Friday as I don't want miss out topping up just in case LD drops a bombshell next Monday.

Why should it take so long to action a transfer of funds when everything is now electronic, doesn't make sense.

Its most likely that SB's sell off is the reason we have dropped back from 15p.
If he has sold out over the last month that's a lot of 1m ish sells.

But let's also remember that he put in a huge value in when the GGP story was in its infancy and he had to move that cash from somewhere else. He's probably found another potential that he wants to be in on the ground floor and be an influence on the share, as he's done here.

or my other rational is that he's skint.......... : )

I am trying to work out why CH would be putting his time and effort into doing an Investor presentation when we have just raised £14m. These investor evenings are normally a way of spreading your message to encourage new investors but currently we do not require that kind of commitment from our CEO.

Prof Lindy Durrant is speaking at the Oxford Global 'Virtual' Conference on Monday 24th August.

I see the purpose of our involvement in the Oxford Global event but not the OnetoOne Investors evening.

Anybody have any thoughts ?

Really interesting and enjoyable discussion about the fate of Havieron and ultimately Greatland Gold. GH is saying everything right and his current rhetoric is that GGP is going to JV the Havieron Mine. However we must accept that not all the cards have been played. For instance if there is a hit at Scallywag that will change many of the dynamics.

My feeling is that GH has a very astute business mind and will be discussing all of the various options at length with his team. Unless Newcrest offer a ridiculous amount of up front cash and shares why would he and Callum hand over the many future prospects that they have developed and have acquired data on.

We don't know at present how this going to play out and with the price of gold being predicted to rise I would suggest that GH does not fully know either.

Another remarkable piece of detective work by Prof Lindy and Co.

The knowledge within Scancell under her tutelage is amazing for such a small but dedicated team.
As we have come to call 'The Pound Shop Bio-Tech' ... I think I've got that right....

So just for a bit of fun lets offer up some names for Mab2811 ........ If an Avidity producing Mab is 'AvidiMab' what can we call a Self Renewing, Highly Proliferating, Super Anti-Tumour, Multi-Potent, Effector & Memory 'T Cell' Building ----- Mab.

My initial thoughts are that its like the Higgs Boson ( The God Particle ) so I'm going for : 'ZeusMab' ... lol

The Joint Venture is at mid point, Newcrest have earned 40% upto to press and will achieve 70% when they complete stage 4 of the JV. At that point they can also purchase another 5% at Fair Market Value so should be worth many millions at that point.

We forget sometimes that we know so many details about Havieron, Newcrest and the JV.
Anyone looking in for the first time will not have a clue why we are all so excited and committed to the future of Greatland Gold. Plus I do think its worthwhile reminding ourselves just how solid this investment is.
