May I ask if you have recently become more confident about Scancells prospects given the cash at hand to ensure the trials get under way and the chance of seeing a Mabs commercial deal before the end of the year ?

But its not that important, maybe he just doesn't have the means, we don't know.
Many other companies have had directors buying shares and later they have failed so its not an indication I feel is worth all this fuss over. Ch can decide for himself. Plus he's currently earning 25% less which has to say something positive about our management team. They are leading by example.

I bought some more shares recently, surely that has got to make you more confident in the companies future ...... : )

The debate on this board will very soon be mainly about the complex science and the momentum of the share price.

I for one will always try to give you answers as competently as I can and there are many others on this board who have a far greater knowledge of the science than myself, they will also try to add to your knowledge.

What on earth are you saying, how do you know that the directors don't want to buy shares.
They were allowed to participate in the placing / OO but that aside they may be in a period where they have to much knowledge of share sensitive information. Like the ongoing dialogue on a potential commercial Mabs deal.

We don't know the truth of the matter and why you are so consumed by the fact that a director has or hasn't bought shares is a concern because its non-news.
You don't seem to like CH for some reason that isn't clear and it also feels like another made up rant for the sake of being on the other side of the argument.

If you are a shareholder please consider all the huge signposts that are now very easy to read, Scancell is finally moving from a potential Cancer Immunology R&D co to an actual player in a very important and growing sector of medicine.

I think way more important than CH buying shares or not is the fact that Redmile put in £10 million, that is all the confidence we need at the moment not a director buying a few shares.

Just out of pure interest, when 'Covidity' enters trials and we do actually reach the point where its proven to work, can that platform (including the new delivery system) be targeted at any Viral infections ?

I am trying to figure out if this situation with the potential Mabs deals is a bit like Inanaco always says that it could be like Arms Holdings, where they own the possessor designs and just license them out. Are we looking at a continual queue at the door or some very large moves by the elite pharma cos.

As you say Rats this First deal may pave the way forward.

Really thought provoking stuff these potential Mabs income streams.

So once the Glycan Mabs and the AvidiMab platforms are proven by signed deals are you saying that we could be agreeing different deals for different Mabs this year, next year and the years there after or will four or five major pharmaceuticals just take the lions share between them ?

So four or five deals and then wait for the milestones ?

With both of those platforms coming out of Lindy's lab in Nottingham University and then licensed out to Scancell to develop.

Q : Do we know what percentage of any such deals goes to Notts Uni ?

I'm glad that you are on board and I think you will be able to judge your investment in GGP a lot better as we pass the two big inflection points of the MRE and the actual first material removed on the start of a Decline. Under normal circumstances and without NC having the concerns of Telfer running out of material to process, we would be a minimum of 18 months to two years away from either of the above.

As for other companies with potential I have to say Scancell Holdings (SCLP), a Baby Bio with some fully patented and IP protected Immunology Tech fully approved to begin trials in the UK and USA. 2021 is a big year along their journey and still very modestly priced considering the potential rewards of any one platform producing high quality data. I am obviously bias but I think well worth some investigation if you fancy a slightly different kind of investment.

I'm going to leave the weekly updated post for the Nervous GGP Investor as I don't think many will be concerned about where we are heading this week.

That was my initial thought, the current collaborations could very well be looking at multiple targets all enhanced by AvidiMab. So any of the deals could be muliti layered meaning that financial terms on each Mab could be slightly lower that a one Mab industry standard.

After hearing CH say last night that the potential Mabs deal will be in one or two months time I think I have to modify my aspiration of the SP heading back towards 20p by November. Plus there is the threat of a second wave of coronavirus over the winter to potentiality delay the start of the SCIB1 / Keytruda trial and it will hamper any trial planning needed by the NHS.

So now I'm looking towards November to be a month packed full of news. A lot of important news and decisions will all be stacking up, obviously if there is a Mabs deal, submission for the Covidity trial, a target date for the SCIB1 Combi trial, submission for the MODI1 trial and the potential for an update on the new delivery technology for the Covidity vaccine.

Any of the above could happen before then but after last nights presentation it did push back my expectations for September and October. In saying this I have no doubts that 2021 is going to be so full of potential to transform Scancell from being a niche Baby-Bio into a very high profile Immunology company.

Given that the trials start roughly on time (meaning first half 2021) the fact that they are Open trials means we will not have to wait 12 months for disclosure, it may only be 3 months and if the data is as we would hope the attention will be huge.

We have certainly turned a corner and finally the journey ahead looks very likely to reward all of Scancells shareholder.

I suppose he should be relaxed £15m in the bank and potential deals in one to two months.

The day we get those trials started is the most important to me.

Point taken, but as I have said a few times I appreciate other peoples views when they are expressed in a balanced way.
I do not think it is acceptable to just post negativity with no context to the view, also I don't accept blatant ramping.
My positivity is couched on what we know the science is capable of and I do accept that there are risks that are there until proven not to be. Hence my comment about the early success of SCIB1.

With the likely news flow over the next few months it would be remarkable if the share price stayed stuck around 8p and downright amazing if the price dropped back to 5.5p.

Just my opinion.

Sorry to persist but it was you who said that most of Scancells platforms only had a 20% chance of success because you have taken what Trinity Delta said as gospel. By saying that you showed you did not have a strong personal view on the science and you could not make your own decision based on your understanding and comprehension of Scancells platforms.

Its all there in all the RNS announcements, in the Patent applications and the Scientific Papers issued from Prof. Lindy Durrants team and the success of the first SCIB1 trial in Melanoma.

So am I supposed to presume that you do have your own opinion when you yourself have made it plain you don't.

Please accept that I am positive as to the future success of SCIB1 / Keytruda and MODI1 where you have shown you have your doubts, also You never engage the board with your insights into the science.

What in didn't know was if, say, they drilled through 2gms per tonne mineralisation would you be able to visually see the gold specks. Especially if its not diamond drill cores. I would imagine that if they hit a very rich seam it would show in the material just due to the concentration of the metal, either gold or copper.

Such a lot to look forward to and like many my hands are sat upon...

To be honest yes they are glad I was able to bring this unpolished gem to their attention and like me they are both looking forward to the potential risks associated with all early baby bio-techs being push to one side as Scancell continue to innovate in an area of science that is so complex that some find it hard to believe that's its possible to beat cancer in this way.

The difference between your risk aversion and my positivity in Scancells science is very simply the ability to comprehend the technical stuff.
SCIB1 has already proven the pathway but you still treat Scancell as non proven start up. Which is why I've continued to build a stake in the company and you keep saying "Woe is Me".

I do hope you have a good holding of the shares and benefit well from Scancell becoming a very valuable company.

I feel compelled to say that one of the best researched posts ever put up on this board was by your good self. It was comprehensive, factual and a dam good read over two long pages. I remember copying it and emailing to a few close friends who bought shares on the back of my positivity and your posts.
