RE: Whats changed for Scancell ?7 Sep 2020 14:29
"Positive thoughts and stating facts are not all about advertising to buy sclp shares, this is now the reality of our journey forwards".
The recognition and regard for Scancells patented science platforms is just about to start to rise. These last 2 to 3 years have been difficult as we kept on saying we needed patience, well that we did and needed quite a bit. Seeing the SP languish at below 5p has been difficult to stomach at times but now finally we have some solid ground to reaffirm our faith in their cancer vaccines, Mabs programmes and now the Covidity Platform.
A Ten Million pounds investment by Redmile, a well respected bio-pharma investor from San Francisco who has vetted and found Scancell to be a worthy recipient (of a not so small a chunk) of its carefully managed fund.
Vulpes Investment Fund looked into Scancell for 12 months during 2018 / 19 doing a very deep dive 'Due Dilligence' on all the data to hand including time spent with staff in the labs, which has resulted in them investing for a second time and have now put in a total of just over £4m.
Innovate UK have accepted the data presented by the Covidity consortium and found it compelling enough to award funding of £2.7m and £2m of that has gone to Scancell who are doing all the heavy lifting.
We have our first AvidiMab collaboration looking like its going to turn into the first of many potential commercial agreements for Glycan Mabs and or AvidiMab.
We have two approved Cancer Vaccine clinical trials in the UK and the US that are to be started soon (CV-19 permitting) and the dates for those trials will cause even more interest in Scancell Holding PLC.
So as I have said before,
"what is there to not like about Scancells future prospects".
Chester.
