Trying to understand the dynamics of so far not releasing information on the Scallywag cores that have been assessed.

On the one hand :

If the drill results are nothing to shout about why keep that 'Material' info back at the moment, there doesn't seem to be any good reason why that would happen. GH and CB will know exactly what is being found and they will know if it is bad where they have drilled they can do down the hole surveys to see in all directions to confirm if their initial core findings are typical for the surrounding mineralisation.

So if it is bad they would most likely have said by now because it is of 'Material Value' to us shareholders and it would not make sense to hold that back. Get it out of the way before the Newcrest Quarterly.

On the Other Hand :

What if, what they are seeing is good grades in either gold or copper. The only reason not to shout from the roof tops 'We've Done It Again' is if they are already having discussions with Newcrest and that 'Material Knowledge' is being held back until a joint statement can be announced. So I'm suggesting that Newcrest might just be in the process of being given their first refusal, that would definitely hold up the release.

It would also go towards explaining the current 'Radio Silence' and the switch from GH to CB at yesterdays Diggers and Dealers!

Good close of the day 0.38p it does feel like we could see 0.39p this week........ : )

It will be interesting to see how the buys/sells stack up once we go over 0.4p, will it retrace or get stronger ?

I've just looked at REDX and Redmile are shown as owning 90% of the stock.

How is it possible that they haven't taken it Private with that kind of holding ?

I would like to understand because it does have a bearing on their holding and strategy at Scancell.

Yes, Scib2 has not been pursued by CRUK as we would have wished but on reflection that could have been everything to do with moving away from Ichors TriGrid 2. The time taken to resolve the Nano delivery system has banged straight into the pandemic and CRUK just don't have the range of finance to keep it on.

Also there is the new delivery platform being developed by the Covidity team that might be a great fit for the whole of Immunobody Platforms including moving Scib1 on to it later.

It does seem Scib2 is coming back in house but that's not a bad thing as we will now have the cash to move it forward.

We don't know what the governing factors are.

What if Redmile have been discussing Scancell on the quiet with a 'Global Big Hitter' and the word coming back is 'don't do any deals at all because if the Modi1 data is on point we want the whole shebang' and at top price.

So the armchair wannabee captains of industry say 'they can't do deals' well you don't know the facts but are happy to moan about stuff you have absolutely know knowledge of.

Ask yourselves this :

'We were all waiting for a Mabs deal in the next week or two, CH said that they were one to two months from a deal, but now, today without warning, we are told that there is no deal but instead Redmile are pumping in another £30m'

Why ? Is it because nobody wants our platforms or is there a much greater game being played out ?

Cannot see what all the fuss is about, £30m more beer tokens going towards making the Scancell 'R&D' a reality.

How do any of you know what is the real reason for Redmile of San Francisco is putting up such a huge amount of cash.

The conversion price has been set at £1.00 a share so good luck SCLP shareholders because if that price is reached the company will be sold for double or triple.

Typical Scancell 'Left Field RNS' ............ Did not expect to be seeing a further funding / OO this morning.

So what's changed ?

CH was really upbeat about a commercial deal 'Proactive One to One- 27th August'
He did say that he did not expect the 'Industry Norm' which I took to mean we should expect a much lower upfront payment to get that first deal over the line.

What have Redmile seen in the last two months that has prompted this 'War Chest' investment ?

Has the first sample of the MOD1 Conjugated Drug arrived back at the Scancell labs and been tested?
Are the lab results on Covidity so compelling?
Was the potential 1st deal on MABS too much of a give away?

And, already penned on here :
Is Big Pharma beginning to cross the river to where Scancell are camped and Redmile's extra funding is merely a blocking move while the platforms enter early clinical trials ?

Totally agree, the max I can ask for is 1,900 shares that is why I'm hoping we can also ask for excess shares. By the time those shares are issued at the end of the month I doubt that the price will be in the low sixties more likely mid seventies.

So no TR1's this week which is quite surprising with the chunky sells and buys we were seeing at the end of last week and the beginning of this week.

It does seemed that there is reason to be optimistic that we have arrived at a new base price range .37p to .38p and let's hope by the end of next week .39p to .4p

The Harman Report did spell out just how positive the future is for TRX as long as we can continue to keep a full order book and maximise the output to meet those demands.

TRX need to maintain pressure on production while the new facilities are cleared, re-wired and prepped ready for the new lab equipment .

From my own experience of project management especially in the area of specialist laboratory equipment, you just can't rush the process. The majority of the 'fixed kit' in the new cleanrooms and packing areas will be in grade 316 stainless steel that has been fabricated by specialist welders and cleaned down to a food hygiene standard. That type of infrastructure takes months to design, build and finally install.

I would imagine that the target is to have it all up and running by the end of December so adding the 3 months processing that is needed to have fully inspected and released product we are talking about April 2021 to see the surge in new sales. Second quarter figures in 2021 will be a window on what progress has been made and how far the company can accelerate turnover / operating profits.

I am still hopeful that we will be given an interim update in the next 8 weeks.

No problem. I didn't have a clue what to do or expect on my first OO.

As long as you contact your broker and tell them you want to be involved the rest should be very straight forward. If there is the option to ask for excess shares I will definitely ask for at least the same amount again. It is always good to have the company announce that the OO was 'Over Subscribed'.

Once DNL have the money in the bank to cover the next 12/18 months of development plus the revenue stream from Eton and the European sales the market sentiment for DNL will be extremely positive.

And, if DiTest makes its way through to FDA clearance, well that's a whole other company.

The correct thing to do if you believe in the company is to buy the Open Offer shares because that money you spend goes directly to the DNL bank account.

If you buy from the market the company does not benefit until they want to raise funds, a higher SP just means that there is less dilution.

An 'Under Subscribed Open Offer' sends out a very bad signal that the current shareholders do not value their own investment.

This decision to raise the money now to pay for development and trial costs is a smart move by the BOD. It has probably been motivated by those who are putting in the big bucks because as soon as the Eton royalties start to flow this SP will be rising. So get the placing done now at 60p and all investors taking part will benefit.

Why wait until January next year, do we know what the market appetite will be in the midst of a 2nd wave of Covid ?

Once again, this is a smart move by a very savvy board.

This is a very solid investment and with Chronocort approved in Europe and the US this current SP will look like a bargain.

Calm down. The Open Offer will not be available until the 12th Oct.
Read the first RNS properly. Once that is issued you will have right to buy 2 shares for every 73 you own today. Plus we will probably be allowed to ask for excess shares just in case its under subscribed , which I seriously doubt.

I know where you are coming from but the USA falling into chaos is a very dark place to consider. I realise that the rhetoric has been dragged down into the gutter by the way Trump likes to bully and big things up that suits him but I do think that the normal American 'person in the street' can see right through these crass remarks.

I could see a bit of stomping of feet if the Democrats win the day but not a total fall to civil unrest.
