The sentiment / confidence in TRX seems to be strengthening daily, which is building an excellent SP base for when we are given a full update from the company on how the developments of the new facilities are coming along. Also at some point we will find out who the mysterious top ten healthcare company is we have signed an epic deal with ....... : )

With approx £13m to £14m cash in the bank and even at this new SP level the MCap is still tiny ( £34m ) compared to the potential once the pandemic is under control. This re-rate is probably just confidence beginning to build that TRX are going to achieve the gross sales that are needed to grow the business passed BreakEven and on to profits.

Looking quite steady as we await a company update at some point.

Apparently that is what they do, load up on a fundraiser like our Primary Bid ( at .25p ) and then exit with a decent profit as early as possible. Not a long time holder. We don't know for a fact that it is them but the size of the sell does fit their MO.

They can use 'MRE' as it can be used meaning either 'Maiden Resource Estimate' or 'Mineral Resource Estimate'. The initial resource is usually 'Inferred' then as they drill tighter it becomes 'Indicated' and this evaluation process continues until eventually it can be classified as a 'Reserve'.

If our 'Inferred MRE' takes another month it will just mean they needed more time to find the edges or a better understanding of the overall grade and hopefully will mean a slightly higher number. Anything from 6m to 8m Ounces will be an outstanding starting base.

totally agree that we can get carried away with 'what if's' but Gervase has always been a very good communicator and on passed experience he does seem to want keep us shareholders aware of the current facts.

I suppose in simple terms I'm saying if it is solely a delay due to the amount of work at the assays company that we would be told as its not anything to hold back. GH said results in 6/8 weeks 10/12 weeks ago its not his style to then just let us all stew...... : )

The Science is the commercial worth. One problematic area for Scancell over the past 10 years has been how to spread the finances and the multitude of tasks to the few employees they had.

This chunk of Redmile cash means they can build teams around each platform, plus with todays new appointees we have top level clinical scientists who can take on some responsibilities for guiding the troops.

I think we will see the company change dramatically over the next 12 to 18 months. As the data emerges from the trials in 2021 / 2022 the potential suitors will be queueing up at the door. That will transform the way Scancell operates when engaging in partnerships or outright deals.

In the cancer vaccine world size is everything .

What we do know for absolutely sure is that 2021 is going to be a heck of a year in the progression of Scancell as a company.

Under these current circumstances the DNL share price is very understandable.

The company currently do not create a profit and won't do for a few years.
The turn a round for the SP will come in stages and the first being around the end of January 2021 when an update from Eton Pharma saying how their sales team are doing will mean revenue is on its way to DNL.
The second will be when the Chronocort EMA approval is announced.
The third when a Partner for the Chronocort Phase III, USA trial is announced.

So DNL could be a fantastic 24 month investment but all of those pivitol items have yet to come to fruition. With the pandemic causing all sorts of convolutions in the financial markets it is very understandable that we find the price at 55p instead of a minimum of 90p, its now a time to hold or buy a built a bigger holding.

I have bought my shares for now and I am going to stick with them all the way to when 'Ditest' gets its chance.

I'm a LTH from 2013 ish and I have always been positive about Scancell but only where I felt it was warranted.
I posted the following on the 12th November.

We have been oversold as a Coronavirus play that has now missed the boat rather than a Cancer Vaccine pioneer that has just received total backing by a very astute biotechnology investor.

Definitely money came to Scancell on the Covidity announcement and I'm presuming that is the very same money that's leaving or left already.

The other downward pressure is the realisation from Mondays presentations that any pivitol progress announcements are not going to happen this year and probably not until a few months into 2021.

We yet again need to endure a wait that we did not envisage when we saw the sudden arrival of the Redmile second investment, that felt like the stars had aligned.

Patience is a virtue that is now being retested in all long term investors in Scancell.

Our day will come but it now looks to be in four months time, ish...."

Just for anyone who is feeling little nervous about the delayed news and what it to come for GGP, "you shouldn't be" ........

GGP is a gold exploration company, who own a prospect called Havieron. Having hit good gold mineralisation Newcrest Mining agreed a Joint Venture.
Newcrest because of their own needs have blitzed through 3 to 4 years development in just over 20 months and are committed to achieving a Maiden Resource Estimate before the end of 2020 ( 6 weeks max ) and the licences to start a Decline towards the mineralisation as early as possible in 2021.

Due to the use of public Satellite images this board is fully aware of each move by the 9 drilling rigs currently employed on site at Havieron, allowing us to follow the ‘Step Outs’ and ‘Infilling’ as they happen. Plus the latest report again said that Havieron is still open at depth.
The potential gold in terms of the millions of ounces has taken a huge boost with the addition of the new SE Breccia. We now have four distinct areas and look to have an extraordinary large and very mineable Tier 1 resource ( minimum of over 8 million ounces recoverable at a commercially viable costs ).

The last ‘11 out of 11’ sets of drill core reports have been exceptional in fact the last set are better than any previous as it shows the Gold potential at depth in considerable and the way that Newcrest are keeping everything focused 24 hours a day 7 days a week there is no sign that ‘report 12’ at the end of January will be any different. We also know that as of the 10th September 2020 that the mining licence has been granted.
With a continual flow of mining jobs being advertised by Newcrest it is not difficult to determine that most of the Specialist Mining jobs are in preparation of Havieron becoming a Mine in 2021.

Newcrest have a very strong determination to reach the mineralisation by the end of 2021 with the aim of sending bulk sampling of the Havieron Ore to Telfer to establish compatibility with the current Telfer processing.
There is a good possibility that we will see further purchases by the GDXJ fund during the ‘December Balancing’ of the exchange.
The MRE in December will define the project making it irresistible to Institutional Investors which is when the share price will move closer to 35 / 40p.
We know that Havieron is a very large find we just do not know how big, either in dimensions or total millions of ounces of Gold – Plus there is the Copper content within the mineralisation which is another added bonus and further strengthens any decision to Mine.

Havieron has been an unbelievably continuous giver of good news and looks set to continue in that vein for the foreseeable future.

The 'something' that is going on in the background has been influencing GGP news flow since early October.

For me it started when Callum Baxter stepped in last minute to do the Investor Presentation early October and the fact that 99% of what Callum said was from his pre-written notes. I'm not 100% sure of the timeline but shortly after that presentation is when we returned to the Kraken with the DD Drill Rig.

Nothing in front of camera from GH for two months.

So now that we have upped sticks at Scallywag and not proceeded directly to PRE it doesn't need Sherlock Holmes to join up the dots. To me, we definitely found good quality grades in the heart of the Kraken, the only thing we don't know is, was it Gold with good grades of Copper or the other way round.

Its like waiting for a Volcano to pop ....... : )

I based my comments on what was said on Monday. I have the same list as everyone else as to what pivotal news we are waiting for. Number one was obviously a 'Mabs Deal' which we all anticipated was about to happen by the end of November as per CH's one to two months comment on the 27th August.

So putting that aside I expected an RNS on any of the following :

Covidity development in the labs plus a timeline towards the clinic.
AvidiMab / Glycan Mab who was interested and potential timeline to a commercial partnering.
SCIB1 / Keytruda Time frame for first Patient / Trial start.
MODI1 Submission for Trial Approval.

So not knowing that these improvements were underway by adding the potency of AvidiMab I did expect news by the end of the year, at the very least on at least one of the important subject matter.

All I am saying is that all of those potential 'SP positive' news items are all now firmly into 2021 and I'm guessing not until February / March because of the pandemic.

I have the patience I just need to adjust my vision of when Scancell will actually start to deliver what we have been waiting for these last 8 to 10 years.

Regarding the Open Offer, last time neither Vulpes or Calculus took part in the OO.
This time Vulpes are definitely taking part as informed in the body of the recent OO RNS, their allocation will be 3,580,227 shares costing £465,429. Also although we have not heard from Calculus they could take part if they have £239,990 free cash, which is not that easy for them but let's presume they do, that's another 1,846,165 shares.

My point being that in my opinion it will be heavily oversubscribe and we may only receive a small percentage of any excess ( 25% ). The price will bounce on that news.

We need to find out where the Scallywag drilling teams have gone and indeed, are they now set up elsewhere?

Tomorrows pre-recorded director presentations had better fully explain why it was so necessary to add £30m to the bank account and cause such dilution at 13p per share. With positive lab data on the Covidity platform and an RNS saying that it was backed by the government to progress to Phase 1 trials the SP could have easily reached 30p per share.
In such circumstances that would be the perfect time to raise more funds.

So the BOD do need to spell out in plain English why it was so important that so many shares had to be issued so suddenly.

I voted yes for all the resolutions because of the heart felt plea by the Directors for us PI's to back them up, we've done our bit and I expect to be now fully informed by them as to "why it was so necessary at this time"......................??

We can now warmly look forward to 4.00pm on Monday when we can download from the Scancell website the directors virtual presentations.

Some light may be shone onto the recent debacle and we may glean why Vulpes wanted to stop the extra £17.9m from Redmile. Most importantly we will hear from our team leaders where we are and where we are going with £50m in the bank.

Just how large a company can Scancell become, well, our portfolio of probable commercial platforms is quite formidable and there is good reason to believe that the laboratory results can be replicated in the first human clinical trials.

It would not be ridiculous to see the following list being presented by a very large bio-pharma company that was worth many billions of pounds :

That is a large body of work and you can understand why the BOD would welcome the extra funding to enable each platform to have its own scientific team, a leader and financial resources. We are now just waiting for the company to begin to outline how and when each platform will be progressed......
