Good breakdown of a very torrid day of trading. It's very difficult to know the exact buy / sell figures but you won't be far from the truth of it.

Now that we think Spreadex have moved on we need a TR1 to fill in the blanks.

It would be great if we could see the end of the downward pressure on the SP before we get the end of January Trading Update.

From the recent Spreadex TR1 notice, when they went below 3% they were still holding around 150m shares.
I've not added up all the, .43p and below sells, but I suspect they actually add to more than what Spreadex had left.

On these kinds of numbers we should expect to see a TR1 notice by next Tuesday.

Only speculation but it could have been moping up sells for the past week.

There was a lot of interest in and around .44 / .45p buy the Institutional Investors, as I have mentioned before there was also a large 88m buy at .45 about 6 weeks ago. Institutions buy for the long term so they probably have one eye on breakeven Mid 2022. My hope is that once we get to that point the growth of the company will just keep expanding and the SP will re-rate reflecting the positive revenues being generated, unless a predator turns up with a reasonable offer.

The 1,794,550 was my buy at .44p as I feel that we are now getting very close to news about how the company is fairing and how close the commissioning is of the Ph1 development in San Antonio.

In July we were told that the first phase would take a minimum of 6 Months so I'm anticipating that the facility will be almost ready to start using. That is a big deal because it will have a major impact on Quarter 2/2021 sales output.

The first phase once complete will have the impact of raising sales by approx 50%, I think this is because the uplift will mainly be met by the collaboration with the Top Ten Global healthcare company for a new soft tissue orthopaedic product line.

This large buy and todays issue of Issue of Equity both herald a change in the wind direction.

All my own opinion please do your own research.

The next piece of the puzzle will be an RNS saying that the Covidity Group have applied for Government funding to begin Phase 1 Trials. The Consortium will have to make a formal application, no doubt, with the addition of all the up to date Lab work and Lab data.

Now that would be a fantastic start for 2021.

What a great time to start here, good price with everything to play for.

Rene was trading between 3p and 6p when I first bought shares. The shares were then Consolidated 100 for 1 shares making the price £6.00. So as you can see you have bought at an equivalent of 0.84p old money.

Good luck to you, I'm hoping 2021 is the year Reneuron produce the clinical data that turns it back into a £3 to £6 share and beyond.

The recent placing / funding has brought in some new and interesting Institutional Investors. There was obviously a demand for the placing shares so the potential of Reneuron is still very attractive.

Stem Cell tech is still in its infancy and companies like Rene have the potential to be very early market makers. Fingers crossed for 2021 but I do think they have created platforms that will stand the test of time.

If these mutations do show that Covid-19 can escape BionTech's and Moderna's rNA vaccines there will be a major upset and no doubt, some panic.
I for one hope they do fully work against all of the recent mutations, we need to suppress this pandemic asap.

If however they don't, then all 2nd generation platforms will become the new gold rush.

The thing that is also very important is the length of immunity gained from a 2nd gen vaccine that also targets T Cell and T Cell memory responses.

We will all know on Monday the truth of what has or what isn't being bought.

As Badshah says the missing millions of buys will probably be processed before the market opens at 8.00 am so it's out of our hands anyway.

If his deduction is right then it's another great piece of detective work that makes this board so informative. If he's wrong and only 20 million shares were bought by the GDXJ and that's it, then it puts all of the boards combined assumptions about how the GDXJ works in the bin.

Let's just wait and see before pointing any accusing fingers.

Looking solely at the time stamp 16.51 yesterday, at that time most sells were 42.65p , 42.50p.

So I would say that it was a sell at 42.13p

So Jupiter is out, I surpose that could have been their very last chunk otherwise there was another seller holding a big number of shares.

Let's hope that's the end of the sell off.

Its hard to watch a share price reduce well below your buy in price but in Angles case its what is to be expected as patience runs out or investors see other opportunities for a much quicker return. All you need to accept is that this is the natural cycle of this kind of investment.

The practical question is 'Will Parsortix be approved by the FDA' ?

If you are investing long term in Angle then you must think 'Yes' if not the only reason to be invested or Interested is to trade the share on the dips.

I am relatively new to Angle but I have read enough and researched enough to convince myself that the Parsotix concept is absolutely amazing. The effort put into the FDA Submission has been enormous and as Researcher1 has pointed out many times, Angle have a very high probability of receiving an approval in 5 or 6 months time.

A positive decision will change Parsotix into a very sort after technology.

Further to the placing / open offer we probably need to be patient until the end of February at the earliest for any news on the RP front. Covid has definitely held up progress of the Expanded Phase 2a Trial, so the sooner the USA start to roll out their vaccinations the better for everyone.

The area that may produce some early 'good news' is Exosomes as RENE will be progressing their investigative work both in our own labs and in the labs of the signed up Research Collaborators.

Reneuron will come good in 2021 because the early RP results were fantastic and our platform will make a significant difference to those suffering from that horrible condition.

There is a lot of talk that Gervise looked downbeat and this is now interpreted as it's not his decision to leave.

The Proactive Investors interview was early morning here in the UK but it was the end of a very long day in Australia for Gervise.

It is his decision and as has already been said on this board, he intimated 18 months ago that he didn't have the skill set to run a mining company and would be off.

They have to find shares from somewhere or they will just sell GDXJ the shares they need at an inflated price like last time. Then try to fleece as many PI's as possible.

I reckon in desperation it will reach 38p by Friday. Not a clue how much higher GDXJ will have to pay.

Maybe we should frame it slightly different.

There is an 80% chance that it passes first time so we get a definitive answer next April / May.

As you say the submission is all about the mechanical technology of how to harvest the whole cancer cells so the proof is in the submitted details.

The price is still being pressurised from some selling source. I have just topped up in two chunks, one buy was 20,420 shares at just under 40p.

Why Angle is being sold so cheaply is a mystery to me when you consider the potential value next April / May.

There is also the fact that the path chosen by Angle in their submission to the FDA has an 80% chance of success.
