The problem has always been how much product could be delivered from the available core processing. We have a business costing approx £9m -£11m per annum. Even with a 60% margin we were only able to physically deliver £11m to £15m of product. Scale is everything for this business.

As you probably know since the fund raise last May the company have been building new clean rooms and processing facilities in the USA.
Added to this they needed to train very specialised staff ( approx a 6 month process ).

If the company can grow output they can sell every single mount as the products are in great demand. So to answer your question TRX could, over the next 18 months, grow turnover beyond £40m and 3 years to over £80m, giving the potential of an MCap around £500m ( 7.0p ish per share ).

With the right management and a keen focus on productivity this business is very scalable over 5, 10 or 20 years. We will all need repairing at some point...

Sorry to jump in but if you are looking for potential long term dividend provision in the medical arena other than TRX, give Angle PLC ( AGL ) a research.

Just so you are clear I am invested there.

They are currently at an all time high of 86p due to the fact that they are awaiting for an FDA decision on the approval ( or not ) of their Parsortix system. Its not quite binary but a positive decision puts them at the top of a potential $130B Blood Biopsy market.

This is not a pump and dump, I'm just pointing it out because you seem interested in that type of investment.

Please do you own research and don't act solely on a board recommendation.

I think all of the boards suffer from posts expressing high and mighty opinions.
RENE has been a long slog to take the breakthrough lab work on Stem Cells and actually have it approved for human trials. Then it has to work or its back to the drawing board and hands out for even more cash.

RENE, in my opinion, are finally in the home straight with the RP platform, which has produced fantastic past results but clearly from a small sample of patients. The current Ph 2a extension could be the game changer due to the higher number of stem cells used ( now 2 million ), the change in how the cells are surgically implanted to make the surgery less impactful or potentially damaging and the change to the patient selection criteria. All of these changes actually enhance the chance of a successful trial outcome.

Definitely this is not a done deal and that trial could fall short of its end points but with the previous positive results from the Ph 2a trial we can be forgiven for assuming things should go well.

It's the building on previous data that points to a potentially good outcome.

I do think that the next 6 - 12 months are pivitol for the long term success of Reneuron and the reported clinical data will determine how I judge my investment going forward.

Ok thank you Paddy for correcting my error. I realised there would be a report from Sandeep about the JV with GGP and I wrongly presumed that it would include any up to date cores not yet released.

Even with that error I'm still confident that the dual forces of a new CEO's maiden speech plus the positivity from the Newcrest report on where we are with Havieron that it will strengthen or consolidate the SP. The market has had a few weeks now where the shine has been systematically removed from GGP. We know why but it wont last.

So I don't put my foot in it again in the run up to March 16th, do you think there is any chance of an uplift to the 'MRE' by those March results or are we talking about 6 months down the road. Newcrest are running at this so fast that it must be in their interest to get the 'MRE' up in good time for the 'Pre Feasibility Study'.

I asked because you didn't say what had motivated you to post.
I always try to be positive if I'm keen on a share that I understand and feel I've done my fair bit of research, so I was concerned I had said something you had misunderstood.

I agree that ramping just to motive someone else to buy so you can sell is not cricket. I also think that when the fundamentals are strong it's an advantaged to any potential new investor to have that point of view put in front of them.

I have been helped on other boards by posters who understood the science or business model better than I ever would.

We have some great posters on this board who contest both sides of the argument in a positive way.

Anyway lets just hope that Reneuron pulls the cat out of the bag and announces an Exosomes breakthrough and a fantastic 24 month update on the RP Phase 2a trial and all next week.... lol. That will do for me....

Next week has all the right ingredients to put the SP back on a firm 30p + footing, so just had to add another 64,072k shares.

The last Drill Cores report on the 28th Jan, was probably the best 'intersects / grades' so far but totally undermined by the way the Scallywag results were used to beat the SP into the floor.

Next Wednesday night we will have at least another two and bit weeks worth of further assay reports.

So I'm pretty chilled about Shaun Day arriving on Monday and I am looking forward to his opening salvo which should steady the ship ready for Wednesdays update.

I wont be surprised if the other 'four cores' turn up from the labs 8.00am Monday morning....... : )

Do we need to see some amazing sales figures after just 3 months or is a good positive outlook from Eton enough to move the SP ?

I'm concerned that due to the raging pandemic in the US Eton will not have had the enough opportunity to introduce Alkindi Sprinkle to many patients. Under normal circumstances they could very quickly incentivise medical specialists to recommend and prescribe Alkindi Sprinkle to many more prospective patients.

I don't expect fireworks on Monday but I hope for a very positive report from Eton that their efforts are showing that over time our product will become a valuable and effect choice to benefit the children who are suffering.

Yes, I have invested in Rene a long time but overtime I've traded out my high initial cost and bought when the price fell to below 50p. So I'm not underwater by any means and still believe in my own judgement on the risk / reward by holding RENE shares.

As I said, you make very sound points but you are missing the point that with the possibilities that both Exosomes 'and or' the RP platform could very well become very valuable assets. Not everything is a straight line or binary.

I will stick to my view that progress over the next 6 to 12 months will see the SP rise and increase the credibility of Reneuron's science.

I'm currently looking forward to the 24 month read out of the RP Ph2a trial.

All your points are well made.

I do think that a culture or way of dealing with investors by RENE was created by the raising of £75m some 4 / 5 years ago. That amount was solely due to Woodfords idea of creating wealth by backing new areas of biology. His belief that he could single handed create a kind of biotech DotCom boom in the UK.

Rene then had enough cash for years so investors became an after though.

The CTX in Stroke was showing some promise but nowhere near what would be necessary to progress to a Phase 3. When the Woodford shares changed hands we got a new more demanding set of large investors, first impact was they were told to park CTX and concentrate on where there is a good chance of a commercial deal.

Exosomes is potentially the next big breakthrough in targeted drug delivery so well worth the effort because the reward of a positive outcome would be huge.

The RP program is showing quality results and the strides forward in understanding and the delivery of our Stem Cell technology make it a compelling platform. I still think that once the Ph 2a extension is complete the data will be strong enough to encourage a large partner to join the Ph3.

The beauty of investing, do your research, make your choice and if you believe, dig in.....

That's just a prediction for this coming October. Once TRX cross over to annual profits the jump from here could be huge if we are not already taken out by big pharma. As I've said earlier I do think this next company report will set the tone for our investment. We need to know that the guys in charge have got everything under control and are pushing as hard as possible to set the company on the correct growth. As steep as possible....... : )

If ( and its a big if ) we managed to reach 2.5p and every one keeps to their pledge there should be very close to £1,000, which would be fantastic for any charity to receive.

The current rise in the SP is very welcome and I like most are hopeful of a very positive RNS if not tomorrow then early next week. But, we need to be careful as we have had our fingers burned a couple of times in the last 18 months so I'm going to reign in my enthusiasm until the deed is done.

I think our journey with TRX starts with this next update, decent sales set against the pandemic will be fantastic, those figures don't need to be much more than a few percentage growth and also to know that management have got the new clean rooms and processing facility up and running will put a fire up the SP.

I take the point that maybe Friday is not the best day but let's see.

Recently we have had a USA Patent granted, a successful Analyst Conference Call on the 6th of January and the Phase 2a Extension 'Clinical Update' on the 15th January.

These three positive items of news quickly pushed the share price up to £1.32.

We now await the company to report as per their published list of possible inflection points.
Here is a quick summary of what is still due in the first quarter 2021 ( next 7.1/2 weeks ) --------

1 ) Further Pharma Collaborations !!
2 ) 24 month Read Out of the RP Phase 2a data **
3 ) RP Ph2a Extension 'First Non-US' patient to be treated ( either in Spain or Oxford ) **
4 ) Proof of Concept data for delivery of siRNA by CTX Derived Exosomes. !!

So we cannot be to far away from one of those items being announced and changing the sentiment around Reneuron.
I still think we have a fair chance to see £1.50 by the end of February
We just need that announcement
