We are in a process, the shares are moving to sticker hands and are currently at a fantastic discount to where they will be in say 3 / 6 months time. What price will we see when the 'MRE' is given a facelift to 6m / 8m ounces and is still only 35% of the "known" ore body included.

Background whimpering to one side, 24p is a fantastic price because we know it should be 33p risked and 66p un-risked based on what has already been proven. Box Cut, Decline, PFS, New Drilling (65 kilometres by September), Possible new target outside the original Havieron discovery, Exploration Drilling on other targets, all thought the year.

Never mind the doomsters I'm fully signed up to the 'Fill Your Boots' side of the debate.

Lets discuss this again in 6 months and we will be able to look back at this time and shake our heads at the tragedy of seeing so many Private Investors leave just for the lack of patience and knowledge.

I would think we are very safe from a takeover or buyout until the whole processing plant is delivering good steady profits.
What TRX do is very technical and the preparation times are extended, something along the lines of 2 / 3 months.
The skill level and cleanliness to achieve a deliverable product is very demanding. So until these new facilities have proved themselves and I include the further 10 clean rooms, we will probably be on Large Pharma radar but not actively pursued, I don't think.

So hopefully with good progress from June forward we should reach 2p ish before such things will even have a chance of happening.

I was holding shares in a company that dual listed with the Nasdaq. Firstly they consolidated the SP 100/1, which would currently give us 70.3 million shares at 70p per share and then they created ADR's on the NASDAQ.

From the NASDAQ website :

'ADR stands for "American Depository Receipt," and it's a way of making hard-to-trade foreign stocks available to investors in the United States. Buying and selling ADRs lets you participate in foreign markets without having to deal with unfamiliar currencies, foreign taxes, and inconvenient per-share prices.

An ADR is created when a American bank buys a large batch of shares from a foreign company, then bundles the shares and sells them on a U.S. stock exchange. American traders buy and sell the shares just like they would any other stock. If you own an ADR, you get the usual benefits of an ordinary share, including voting rights and cash dividends'.

One ADR is a bundle of AIM shares lets say 10 shares at 70p = £7.00 x the exchange rate which is currently $1.38 so each ADR would cost on the NASDAQ $9.66 each.

If the shares do well in the US it affects the UK AIM price using the same maths.

So a NASDAQ listing is not a problem it is a process which if TRX pursue I would not expect it to happen until we have the 2nd Phase up and running in San Antonio. cira Mid 2022

Everyone keeps saying that at Havieron GGP hit the centre of the materialisation with the first drill hole or drill campaign, well that's just plain wrong.

They chose the exact spot based on modern ground survey technology but most importantly it was informed by the historical drilling done by Newcrest.

Callum Baxter talks about how they gained access to the historical drill cores and was able to analyse the data held by those cores. Those early drill cores added to new ground survey technology pointed to an ore body at the spot they eventually chose but at a much greater depth.

Scallywag will go through the same process and given the geology of the Patterson I for one will not be to surprised if at some point in the coming year GGP report much greater gold / copper intersects.

Ever since Newcrest announced that they have moved to Growth Drilling our value has dropped.

I think Newcrest should do the honourable thing and 'STOP IT' and then start filling up some of the holes to shore up our Share Price........

Obviously the more gold and copper that's reported the more investors panic and can't control the urge to press the 'Sell Button' .

Is it a case of ' Too Much of Good Thing ' is bad for your 'Wealth'........ ha ha

Angle will definitely be on the radar of Institutional Investors but they will not speculate, that's our advantage pre-FDA decision.

An FDA blessing changes everything because the potential we keep discussing becomes a real possibility. With a worldwide market suggested to be approx £130 billion the annual growth for Angle could be 30% + per year, for years.

All Institutional Fund Manager's need these kind of explosive, high growth companies in their portfolio to bolster other more unstable investments. Therefore IMO a positive FDA decision makes a world of difference to the rise of the SP.

Just a quick note on the porcine ligaments, the advantage is that they work just as well as a harvested bone and ligament from your own body but they save there having to be a second surgical site.

More straight forward for the surgical team, both in operational time and a reduction in possible complications, plus a much better chance for the patient outcomes due to just the one area to heal.

I think it is just admin and should be done in a reasonable time of the purchase or sale.

At one of my other investments one TR1 had been missed and was filed after 2 years, you can imagine the confusion on that board but officially it had to be filed and RNS'd.

Body language is a very important indicator, the continual glances down to the right gave the impression that there was something there that was more important than concentrating on the screen / interview. Once passed the three trials he totally relaxed, his body language changes and his speech flowed without hesitation. I felt it reflected a conscious effort to not get off message.

I could be completely incorrect but it was light against day compared to his last interview.

Taking all the information offered to us regarding 'Covidity' it looks like we have chosen SN14 as the main candidate drug, we have completed toxicology, we have Cobra on board with the manufacture and we have good laboratory data to move forward.
What I think is the missing link and we are currently awaiting the complete development of, is the delivery method.

As you say with Redmile standing in the wings I would imagine that pressure will be being applied, maybe why the nervy start by CH in the Proactive interview.

It's just a back dated report, what is the drama....

This all happen at the end of November / early December, I realise a lot has happened over the last 12 months but this purchase was all we talked about in November. Why would anyone reading the TR1 think it happened last week.

I think some need to calm down a bit...

Our new CEO, Daniel Lee looked very pleased when he said that he will shortly be in a position to announce further deals. Must be well into the negotiations and close to signing them off.

On considering where the world is with the pandemic and with a good possibility that by mid Summer the vaccine roll out should be returning many aspects of our lives back to some kind of normal, Tissue Regenix will be just bringing on a 50% increase in production ( 2 full clean rooms ).

The 2nd Phase sounds amazing with 10 more clean rooms. What percentage increase will that be ?

Once the price stabilises we should see a continual modest rise over the coming months, my guestimate of .91p by 1st October does look quite cheap. Maybe around the 1.2p mark is now in with a better shout.

Overall that is a good RNS, we knew that it was going to be difficult to actually grow sales revenue with the reduction of elective surgery. To achieve the turnover figure they did has to be applauded. My main hope was that the new facility would be now up and ready to process the extra 50% capacity. Once it is running the process takes approx 3 months to yield a deliverable product, so is that where we are ?

From the RNS :

'An important milestone for the Group during 2020 was the commencement of the manufacturing capacity expansion programme in San Antonio, as historically capacity constraints have impinged on the growth of the business. Phase 1 of the build out began in July and remains on schedule to ----**come onstream during H1 2021**.

This will allow for a c.50% increase in the Group's BioRinse® ( CellRight ) processing capacity, as well as allowing improvements in the Dermis and Amnion throughput. Throughout the build process optimisations were identified and implemented meaning that some elements of the second phase of the expansion programme were brought forward where those elements could either reduce the capital outlay and impact on operations, or time requirements later in the project'.

Does **come onstream during H1 2021** actually mean they can start the process or does it mean that it is in the act of processing product that can be delivered in H1 2021 ? I am not sure which way round that reads..

Lastly, the announcement of the 'Top Ten' Healthcare provider will happen once the White Label products are ready to ship in bulk..
I would suggest that we will know before the end of June.

In my opinion,

I would say that the science and the actual success of the Parsortix Plate to do its intended job will pass without to much bother. The area that will be scrutinized will be the manufacturing tolerances of the individual plates, the security of ensuring fake or rejected 'Plates' cannot enter the supply chain and the durability of the whole Parsortix Machine / Plate.

Given that so many hospital research and university research departments have tried and tested the system over time, it would be my opinion, that most of those technical engineering 'pot holes' have been thoroughly '3rd party' tested.

It is difficult to know exactly what may prevent the FDA from signing off on the Parsortix System given the great need for new innovation in the fight against cancer.

Exactly, why the nerves, a complete contrast to the presentation after the Redmile 2nd funding, where he was relaxed and on point. CH just seemed preoccupied and what we want is 'relaxed and on point'. Just seemed a bit controlled to me.

On the second point he defo said that they are testing the chosen Covidity vaccine and are now working on one for the variants.

My feeling is that he was extra careful not to stray when discussing the three upcoming trials but was really fluent when he was talking about the new medical appointments and the new lab space where they will develop further platforms towards the clinic. I think the likes of AvidiMab and dare I say iSCIB.....

During the recent Proactive interview, which I have re-watched 3 times, I noticed how CH kept looking down towards his righthand side, to which I'm presuming were his crib notes. In past interviews he always 'shot from the hip' as they say, because he knows his stuff and exactly where each platform is up to.

So I am now trying to figure out the reason why it was so important to keep to the script, if that is what he kept glancing towards?

Also he said that a vaccine had been chosen and tested but they were now testing a further vaccine to combat the mutant strains, South Africa, UK and Brazil, I suppose. I thought that we were moving from SN14 to SN15 but those comments point to it being Vaccine 1 plus Vaccine 2.

Have I got this right ?

It's not 100% definite that there will be an RNS tomorrow morning, we saw the first ever 'Interim Update' in Feb 2019 and then again in late Jan last year, so on balance it is expected.

Although I'm really excited by the prospects of TRX we have been regularly disappointed in the past when waiting for a positive RNS. I'll be more than relieved once it lands and it gives us the good news we all hope to hear......

I don't mean to be pessimistic but we don't know what we don't know until its known.

Fingers, toes and eyes crossed in anticipation .................. : )

All we need to hear is that TRX can scale the business fast enough to reach profits before the current stash runs out. As soon as the business reaches its critical mass it becomes a machine. Increase output upscale turnover, open a new site in another country and continue..... This why we must be aware that when TRX starts to make decent profits ( £ 5/10m pa ) larger pharma Co's will think about a buy out.

Fingers crossed that we hear the right kind of news when it lands......;
